AMBER HARTSFIELD - CHRO

Amber has been a part of the Integrated family since inception. Currently as Director of Human Resources, Amber oversees all personnel, recruitment, benefits, risk, wellness, policy, and payroll operations. She is responsible for working with the executive leadership team to identify and analyze improvement opportunities across our organization. Amber attended Lindenwood University earning a degree in Human Resource Management (BA). Amber is married with two beautiful daughters.

ANDREW CHAPIN

Job Titles:

Andrew Chapin oversees revenue growth of Integrated Real Estate Group's portfolio and determines the strategic direction of marketing and sales initiatives. Andrew has served in several roles with Integrated Real Estate Group, working his way up from manager in training to general manager and regional director of operations. Prior to joining the company, he taught sixth grade English and history in Baltimore City, Maryland.

BILL THOMAS

Bill Thomas oversees all senior Independent Living lease-up communities for Integrated Senior Lifestyles, performing key executive duties relating to all aspects of customer service, safety, sales, marketing, and operations management. He joined the company in 2014 as Executive Director, and then became General Manager and was later promoted to Regional Director for the Houston market, before assuming his current position. Bill has previously held senior leadership positions at FedEx, Dish Network, and Waste Management, Inc.

BRAD HEALD

Brad Heald began his career in multifamily construction in 2000 and has since overseen the construction of thousands of units across Texas. Brad initially started as an assistant superintendent but quickly worked his way up through the ranks, from Superintendent to Project Manager, and is currently the VP of Multifamily Construction. Brad is responsible for all phases of the multifamily construction process: Early development, initial plan review, project start-up, contract negotiations, submittals, RFI's, daily project oversight, coordination with property management, finish out and turn over. His responsibilities extend to implementing new procedures and construction software, as well as hiring needs. Brad, a lifelong learner who enjoys new challenges, is always looking for continuing education opportunities, leveraging new construction procedures, and utilizing new materials.

DARLA BAILEY

Darla Bailey joined Integrated Real Estate Group in 2011 and now manages all aspects of operational oversight for the Integrated Senior Lifestyles division, for both lease-up and stabilized communities. Her focus is to ensure high standards of service and a commitment to quality hospitality and health care services for today's seniors. Darla is instrumental in assuring each community is in compliance with licensing standards through regular on-site audits and quality assurance programs. She strives to make Integrated Real Estate Group known as an employer of choice in our industry, while delivering optimal financial results to our investors.

GARRETT PHILLIPS - CFO

Garrett Phillips is responsible for Integrated Real Estate Group's financial functions, including accounting, treasury, corporate finance, and investor relations. He also oversees risk management and insurance placement for the company's portfolio of assets. Prior to joining Integrated Real Estate Group, Garrett worked at Ernst & Young's assurance practice, where he primarily served real estate and private equity clients.

JAMES WIGGINS

James Wiggins is responsible for oversight of all Integrated Senior Lifestyles construction projects for our Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities, from initial design concept through completion of construction. With a background in architecture, James began his tenure at Integrated Real Estate Group in 2007, working on one of the company's first Assisted Living projects in Southlake, Texas, and has since held various roles within the company.

KENNETH W. FAMBRO II - COO

Kenneth Fambro joined Integrated Real Estate Group in 2005 and oversees all aspects of the development process, from new business development and acquisitions to project feasibility, including joint venture relationships and consulting services. With more than 10 years of experience financing the development of multifamily communities, Kenneth provides expertise in financing real estate developments using transitional equity, taxable and tax-exempt bond financing, and conventional and federally insured mortgage debt. During his tenure, he has overseen the development of more than 5,000 units with costs totaling over $500 million.

PAUL MILOSEVICH - Chief Investment Officer

Paul Milosevich is responsible for the delivery of development, financing, and management services at Integrated Real Estate Group's Integrated Senior Lifestyles division. Prior to joining the company, Paul's experience includes South Bay Partners Ltd., Goldman Sachs, The Prudential Realty Group, and Hunt Properties.

Rick Simmons - CEO, Founder

Rick Simmons has a 30-year history of building and developing real estate throughout the U.S., with an emphasis on multifamily developments. Following the successful launch of a luxury home building company in 1990, Rick established Integrated Real Estate Group in 2003. Since then, the company has developed more than 15,000 units across the United States southern central region, with a combined value of over $1 billion. At Integrated Real Estate Group, Rick first assembled a team comprised of the top talent drawn from his previous projects and has since made an effort to hire new best-in-class personnel as future leaders of the company. Rory Johnson oversees property management and operations for Integrated Real Estate Group's Affordable Housing throughout the pre-leasing, stabilization, refinance and sales stages. He has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, encompassing commercial banking, multifamily construction, property management for senior living, and conventional & affordable housing. Prior to joining Integrated Real Estate Group, Rory spent 13 years in the Commercial Lending Division of Bank One-First Chicago Corp (now JP Morgan Chase).

SUSIE GOFF

Susie Goff oversees the Enclave platform for conventional market-rate properties in Integrated Real Estate Group's multifamily division. Susie has over 27 years of experience in the property management industry and a proven track record of successful lease-ups for Class A assets. Prior to joining Integrated Real Estate Group, Susie worked as a regional supervisor for JLB Partners, CFLane, and Grapat Group overseeing new construction lease-ups in a wide variety of markets in seven states.
