In 2014, we launched our first primary care office in East Hartford. On March 1, 2015, InterCommunity became a Federally Qualified Health Care Look- Alike (FQHC-LAL). This new designation enabled us to provide care to people regardless of their ability to pay. Our second primary care location opened in Hartford at 56 Coventry Street in 2016, and in 2017 we began offering services in school-based health centers (SBHCs) across East Hartford... Our mission: InterCommunity inspires hope and promotes whole-person health by providing high-quality, affordable, compassionate healthcare for everyone...
