Clare McGarrey - Founder, VP

Clare McGarrey is Vice President of Business Development. Clare played a major role in starting InterConnect, alongside of her brother, John. Since inception, Clare's "rapid response" to customer needs helped InterConnect flourish. Currently, she serves on the North Texas Commission (NTC) Board of Directors, the Army Aviation Association of America North Texas Chapter Board of Directors, the Aviation Industry Association (AIA)'s Executive Committee (EXCOM) Board, and the Cook Children's Medical Center Family Advisory Council. Clare was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas graduating from Stephen F. Austin University with a Bachelor's of Administration in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Psychology/Counseling. Clare McGarrey is Vice President of Business Development & Marketing and played a major role in starting InterConnect, alongside of her brother, John Ashour. Since inception, Clare's "rapid response" to customer needs helped InterConnect flourish. In 2013 Ms. McGarrey received the esteemed award recognized by the American Registry known as the "Great Woman of Texas" by the Fort Worth Business Press. Currently, Ms. McGarrey serves on the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) Supplier Management Council (SMC) Leadership Committee Board as well as the Board of Directors for InterConnect Wiring. She has held prominent positions on the Boards of the Army Aviation Association of America (QUAD-A) North Texas Chapter, the North Texas Commission (NTC), the National Guard Association of the United States (NGAUS) Corporate Advisory Council, and the Cook Children's Hospital Family Advisory Council. For two years (2020 and 2021), Ms. McGarrey served the prestigious role as the only small business owner on the AIA Executive Committee (EXCOM) alongside Presidents & CEOs of major aerospace OEM primes including Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, BAE Systems, Textron, L3Harris, and others. The AIA EXCOM met monthly, instead of quarterly, due to the start of the COVID-19 coronavirus and the major implications the pandemic had on defense and civil aerospace. Ms. McGarrey served as the spokesperson for all small and medium-size businesses during one of the most crucial times in the history of aerospace and defense. Clare, born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, attended Nolan Catholic High School. After high school, she obtained her Bachelor's & Master's degrees in Psychology & Counseling from Stephen F. Austin University where she was a National Champion, playing on the SFA Softball Fast-Pitch Team for all four years. Clare, her husband, Nick, and their son, Nicky, enjoy going on Disney cruises and theme parks all over the USA.

COLTON PEEL

Colton Peel has contributed to multiple successful programs at InterConnect, such as H-92, F-15, B-1B, P-3, and multiple large F-16 opportunities. He enjoys spending his free time with family outdoors as well as trying new activities and food.

Jeanie Peel

Job Titles:

Jeanie Peel has been around to see almost every bit of InterConnect's history. Now serving as InterConnect's Quality Manager, Jeanie originally started out as an assembler nearly 30 years ago. She uses that wealth of experience to help keep all departments on the right track through daily meetings. Jeanie Peel is Quality Manager of InterConnect Wiring. She was one of the first ten employees to work at InterConnect and has over 30 years of experience in the Aerospace industry. Jeanie leads daily meetings to ensure InterConnect's Product is of the highest quality. Jeanie attended the University of Texas at Arlington. She is married and has one son Colton, who is also a manager at InterConnect Wiring. She is a Six Sigma Black Belt. In her spare time, Jeanie focuses on her family's genealogy, watching her grandson's sports, and traveling with her family and friends.

John Ashour - Founder, President

John Ashour is President of InterConnect Wiring. He started InterConnect at the age of 29 in a spare bedroom of his home. Since inception, John made it InterConnect's mission to excel in quick turn-around programs while being committed to exceptional quality. John was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Engineering. He also holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix. Before founding InterConnect, John worked for Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant and General Dynamics (now Lockheed Martin) in the F-16 wiring harness design group.

Joseph Rodriguez

Joseph Rodriguez is a Contract Administrator for InterConnect Wiring. He has been working with InterConnect since July 2021. Joseph Connects by embracing different situations for customers to find solutions. Currently, Joseph is a member of the Army Aviation Association of America (QUAD-A). Joseph was born and raised in Arlington, Texas and graduated from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication. Joseph started working for InterConnect Wiring full time in 2021.

Joshua Bryant

  • Plant Controller
Joshua Bryant is the Plant Controller at InterConnect Wiring. His job is to evaluate contracts and financial risks, whether that's looking at materials, labor, or efficiency. He also evaluates how we can improve our rates, estimations, material, pricing, labor, and efficiency. Joshua has been married to his wife Laura for 20 years. They have 4 daughters. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Texas A&M and a Masters of Divinity from Southwest Baptist Theological Seminary. Joshua was born in Texas and was raised in New Orleans, LA. He spent two years living in Paraguay where he met his wife. During his spare time Joshua likes to complete different projects especially ones where he gets to work with his hands.

Kristin Boyd

Kristin Boyd is the Sales Manager for InterConnect Wiring. Kristin overlooks the Sales team that directly connects with customers. Her team handle various challenges to provide prompt solutions with our customers. Kristin attended the University of Texas at Arlington where she completed her Bachelor's in Business Administration. She is married and has three children. She is originally from Michigan and moved to the DFW area after high school. Before working at InterConnect Kristin worked in the defense industry.

Malich Salinas-Quijas

Job Titles:
  • Training Manager
Role - Training Manager. Handle most of the onboarding for new employees for all occupations. Assembly - teach build wiring harnesses. Sheet metal - teach them sheet metal safety. Program certain machines. Braider - operate braiding machines. Tester - operate machines. Net software. Contract administration.

Marc Piloian - Founder

Marc Piloian is Vice President of Engineering and Information Technology. Marc's "forward thinking" mentality to embrace new technology helped InterConnect gain a competitive advantage. Currently, Marc is a member of the Army Aviation Association of America (QUAD-A), ANS (American Nuclear Society), and AICHE (American Institute of Chemical Engineers). Marc was born and raised in Longwood, Florida and graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Before, co-founding InterConnect Marc worked for PE Services Inc., Bechtel Power Corporation, and Tennessee Valley Authority.

Melissa Love

Melissa Love is the Receptionist for InterConnect Wiring. She has been a part of the InterConnect team since November 2021. She connects with customers by being the first person to meet and greet them when they call or visit. Melissa was born and raised in Winters, TX. She attended Angelo State University. She has two daughters and three grandchildren. In her spare time Melissa enjoys spending time with her grandkids, tennis, pickleball, swimming, and boating.

Mike Walker

Mike Walker is a Contract Administrator for InterConnect Wiring. Mike's role in the sales department is to interact daily with customers that want bids from InterConnect. He Connects with customers and co-workers by making sure to listen to understand instead of listening to respond. Mike offers a wealth of experience with past roles at InterConnect including Inventory Manager, Facilities Manager, and Regional Sales Executive. Mike was born and raised in Arlington, TX. He attended the University of Texas at Arlington, Tarrant County Community College, and Nolan Catholic High School. He and his wife Debra were married in 2015. Mike owns an acting school called The Mad Mike School of Acting. He enjoys music, performance, and cooking.

Steve Floyd

Steve Floyd is the Program Manager at InterConnect Wiring. He ensures our customers' needs are met and manages the through-put for our products to the customer, including handling material that's supplied by our customer, answering any questions that come up on the manufacturing floor, or facilitating the need of planning and engineering. Steve was born in San Antonio, TX. He holds an Associates Degree from Texas A&M Corpus Christi and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Texas (UNT). He met his wife, Kathryn, while attending UNT and they now have two children ages 5 years and 6 weeks. He loves doing anything outdoors including biking, hiking, fishing, and snowboarding.
