Jeff grew up in Northern California and after serving a two year mission for his church in Bolivia, studied Computer Science at American River College and then transferred with an Associates degree to BYU to earn a BFA in Animation. After working at a Disney game studio for a few years, he came to Interstate Partners in the Spring of 2006.
Jeff is involved with the marketing and leasing of the Wisconsin portfolio as well as the development of Class A office and industrial assets within Class A Business Parks. He has also worked on projects to develop medical office and clinic buildings. One of his first projects was to develop RidgeView Business Center V in Pewaukee, WI. Once the Great Recession subsided, he worked on his first business park development, Bluemound Corporate Park. Jeff also developed a dental clinic in Waukesha, WI for Dental Associates in 2016. He most recently developed the PARK 151 Industrial Business Park in Sun Prairie, WI, which was started in 2017 and was 100% developed and leased by the end of 2023.
