Margaret "Maggie" Cox has served as Secretary of IBIS since its founding, and as President since July 2010. In addition to consulting with individuals, groups and seniors, she assists our large group clients with their COBRA administration. A breast cancer survivor, Maggie is active in the Junior League of Sacramento and serves on the board of the Sacramento Children's Home/Friends of the Crisis Nurseries. Sarah Cox Aquino joined the family business in 1997 and serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She is Affordable Care Act certified by the National Association of Health Underwriters and is a Covered California Certified Agent. An active member of the community, Sarah was elected to the Folsom City Council in November 2018, served on the Board of Education for the Folsom Cordova Unified School District from 2014-2018, and is a past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Folsom Chamber of Commerce. Tim O'Leary joined IBIS in 2004 with over 15 years of experience in the life and health insurance industry under his belt. In addition to assisting individuals and groups with their benefit needs, Tim works with many of our older clients in need of Medicare supplements. He is a Covered California Certified Agent.
