Chantel Beck is a Real Estate focused business owner. She spends her time as an Investor, Realtor® & Real Estate Worldwide Coach. She grew up in real estate. Her father was a General Contractor in Southern California who wanted to teach her every part of the business, and her mom taught her office operations. The combination of her understanding of construction and operations have provided her with an exceptional foundation of project management, compliance, & professionalism. Chantel earned her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Social Sciences. She traveled the country after college, training and creating Business Development S.O.P's. Upon settling in Sacramento in 2001, she worked for a local down payment assistance program. Once DRE licensed in 2002, she worked independently as a Sr. Mortgage Planner and Realtor® while continuing her love of renovating properties. She uses her business as a platform to help others. Not only do we help sellers out of a multitude of distressed situations, we currently educate and mentor high school students, use subcontractors whom are purpose-driven, single parents and veterans. Chantel Urbancic-Beck is CA Licensed Realtor (BRE), a member of the National Association of Realtors® & Past treasurer for the local chapter of the National Woman's Association of Realtors®. Placer County Association of Realtors® and a Real Estate World Wide - Affiliate Member After investing a great deal of time, energy and capital investment into her real estate education, and beyond the principles of sound investing, she trained on how to build a successful business based on systems and predictability. Chantel is a proud member of the Kent Clothier Success Institute, which provides one on one mentorship from a Nationally recognized Fortune 500 Real Estate Investment company, Memphis Invest.
