Charles' role in the business is many and varied. An Accounting graduate - having completed his Bachelor of Business in Accounting in 1993 - Charles is the primary person in charge of the financial aspects of the business, overseeing Accounts Payable and Receivable, Financial Forecasting, and Budgeting.
Charles has almost 20 years experience in I.T. related roles with some of Australia's biggest financial services companies, covering projects relating to data security and privacy, reporting and data-mining, forensic analysis and data integrity, acquisition due-diligence, and the establishment of operational standards and best practices. Charles extensive corporate experience makes him the ideal person to look after the data held within IWFS.
Rounding out his responsibilities, Charles is also heavily involved in all operational aspects of IWFS, including its recruiting process, staff performance and training, and the development of operational standards and documentation, and together with Maria, strategy and business planning.
