Inveon's Managing Partner Emir Alkaş graduated from Boğaziçi University with an honors degree in Computer Engineering. In his senior year, he started to work as a Basketball Coach for Efes Pilsen Sports Club. Alkaş coached teams of different levels in Efes Pilsen for 8 years and was the assistant coach to the main team in last 4 years. Later he joined the Galatasaray Cafe Crown as an assistant coach, Alkaş carried on the same duty at Anadolu Efes Basketball Team. His area of expertise is analysing the opponent team. Emir Alkaş thinks his engineering skills have a unique harmony with basketball analytics. In 2014, he joined Inveon full time, being in charge of technical processes, and developments.

Moris Kastro is the Partner and Director of Business Development at Inveon. Before joining Inveon, Kastro was working in Google's Dublin Office, where he focused on improving search engine results and protecting subscribers from invalid clicking. During his time at Google, he was invited to give speeches and to share subscriber case studies all over the world. Formerly, he was working in Endeavor, consulting entrepreneurs in the selection process. Also, Kastro holds a high-honors degree in Physics from Boğaziçi University from which he graduated from in 2008.

While at McKinsey, Sercan's focus has been Private Equity due diligence work across a wide range of sectors. Post-McKinsey, Sercan has advised several clients on sell-side and buy-side transactions, as well as joint venture structuring. From manufacturing to construction, from technology to services, Sercan's experience brings out-of-the-box perspectives to the table along with substantial knowledge on what it takes to make the deal happen. From tomato and pepper agriculture in İzmir to national energy investments, from social media and big data analysis to management consultancy in New York, Çelebi has a vast array of multinational leadership stories in different industries. Sercan Çelebi is also one of the co-founders, former spokesperson and chairman of Oy ve Ötesi Foundation (Vote and Beyond) - an independent and non-partisan election monitoring organisation that emerged ahead of Turkish local elections in 2014 as a completely voluntary initiative - and mobilised 140K+ people across Turkey.

Yomi Kastro is the Founder & CEO of Inveon and Inventures. He programmed his first software at the age of 11 and has dedicated himself to information technologies and Internet ventures ever since. In 2006, he founded Inveon to develop e-commerce software solutions and infrastructures for enterprises. Inveon ranks in Deloitte Technology Fast 50 list for 5 consecutive years between 2017 & 2021 as one of Turkey's fastest-growing technology companies. Kastro also founded Inventures, an early-stage accelerator that invests in promising Internet ventures in 2009. He is an investor and/or board member of more than 20 successful Internet ventures including Supplementler.com, Trendyol, Ideasoft, Blesh, Metamorfoz, Scorp, Tazemasa, myGini and Bulucak.com. He was regarded as the "Most Successful Young Entrepreneur of the Year" by JCI in 2009. During his PhD, Kastro's articles on Internet technologies, machine learning and software engineering were published in numerous academic journals. Completing his Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Engineering at Bogazici University, Kastro was recognized with a high honors degree. He then advanced his academic career by completing Harvard Business School's Private Equity and Venture Capital Program. Yomi Kastro is the Founding Board Member of the Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation. He is also the Board Member of the TUBISAD Informatics Industry Association.

Öznur Mengü graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Accounting and Finance Management in 2001. She worked as the General Accounting Responsible at Özel & Özel Attorneys at Law and at Interbank Card Center of Turkey (BKM). Öznur Mengü joined Inveon in May 2013, as the Accounting and Finance Manager. Now, she continues to carry out her responsibilities as the VP of Customer Operations.
