Chaim Crown

Chaim was educated in England, and holds a B.A. (Jurisprudence), M.A. and B.C.L. from Oxford University. Haim is an Israel attorney and a Solicitor of Supreme Court of England. He is also a Barrister/Solicitor of the Law Society of Upper Canada. Chaim has broad experience in corporate and company law, licensing, hi-tech, investments, international contracts, telecom regulation. Chaim was employed in a leading communications company in England as a senior regulatory lawyer. Additionally he was a senior legal assistant at the Israeli Ministry of Justice, Attorney General's Department, as well as a deputy legal advisor at the Israeli Ministry of Communications. Chaim has been a corporate and commercial IP counsel in a number of leading corporate law firms and patent attorney offices.

Dr. Menachem Fishbein

Patent Attorney (Israel Patent Attorney Reg. No. 148) and former New Yorker and Bostonian, Dr. Menachem Fishbein has worked in patents for over ten years. After completing a Ph.D. in Experimental Physics at Brandeis University, Dr. Fishbein served as Principal Scientist and Project Manager at Control Data Corporation, working primarily in Electron Optics. After moving to Israel, Dr. Fishbein was an engineer at El Op Electronics and later joined the teaching and research staff of the Electro-Optics Department of the Jerusalem College of Technology (Machon Lev).

Dr. Susan Lifshitz

Dr Lifshitz is a registered Israel patent attorney (Israel Patent Attorney Reg. No. 184), who has run a patent department in one of Israel's largest patent attorney offices. She has broad experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in fields ranging from biotechnology, through chemistry, medical devices, semiconductors to internet marketing. Dr. Lifshitz was born and educated in London, England and holds a B.Sc. in biochemical engineering from University College London. She studied industrial engineering and management at Cambridge University, and then studied towards a M.Sc. in Applied Microbiology and a Ph.D. in Biotechnology/Applied Chemistry at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. She has broad academic experience and was a visiting lecturer/ professor at UCL, Shenkar School of Engineering and Design, and Hadassah College. Her industrial expertise includes technology transfer from R&D into industrial scale projects in biotechnology and microelectronics, and was employed by Koor Chemicals, Sigma Chemicals and AVX.

Prof. Aron Vecht
