Bsc. Aleksandra Depinovska

Bsc. Aleksandra Depinovska is an experienced food production and technology expert who has lead the entire process of developing, establishing and enforcing and Macedonian Seal of Quality Program (designed to increase the local meat and dairy industries' competitiveness by stimulating production of quality food product). Due to her expertise and experience in food quality and safety systems she became HACCP and Food Hygiene Trainer officially registered by the British Royal Institute of Public Health, which enabled her to conduct a number of internationally recognized training programs in this area, and to consult several food processors throughout HACCP/BRC/IFS and ISO implementation and certification processes. She is also certified ISO 22000 lead auditor, EurepGAP and IPPC trainer. Via this extensive experience she became very familiar with all aspects of EU requirements and legislation concerning food quality, safety and evironmental protection. Member of IPARD team of experts for EU accession found developing strategy.

Bsc. Katerina Kostadinova

Bsc. Katerina Kostadinova has an extensive experience in food production and technology. She was a key member of the team that designed and executed Seal of Quality program, responsible for conducting plant inspection at food processors and for assisting them to comply with the program requirements and facilitating product quality monitoring procedures. Being certified internal auditor, HACCP, IPPC specialist she provides GMP, HACCP and IPPC related consulting services to several food processors.

BSc. Petar Kocarev

BSc. Petar Kocarev has an extensive experience in food production and technology. During the past ten years he has been providing consulting services to a large number of food businesses in the country and in the broad Balkan region, primarily, in implementation of different standards. As a trained HACCP specialist, ISO 22000:2005 lead auditor and internal auditor he is working on implementation of HACCP principles in several food IPPC consultancy, IPPC application preparation and ISO 14001 implementation.

BSc. Petar Lazarov

BSc. Petar Lazarov has an extensive experience in area of food proceesing, in addition he has relewant experience related to food safety systems and Good Manufactoring Practices imlementation. As a trained HACCP specialits, he is working on HACCP and GMP implementation.
