Christiana is a licensed agent in the lines of property, casualty, life and health. She has been in insurance since early 2021. She works very hard to ensure that our clients get the absolute best service. She loves being a part of her community and volunteering as a Spanish teacher at her local school and church. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband, children, and three dogs.
Daryl graduated from Drake University in 1988 and majored in insurance. He earned his CPCU designation in 1996. Daryl has 24 years experience in agency operations and sales. He enjoys golf, travel and the family activities.
James started as a captive agent with GuideOne, became a licensed insurance agent in 1998 and founded Iowa Insurance Store in 2005. He is licensed in Health, Life, Personal & Commercial lines. James loves working with people and helping them to understand insurance. James spent 2 years in the military, and 10 years in the ministry with 2 years in Taiwan. James enjoys spending time with his family & grandkids, playing games, working outside and being involved in his local church.
Jon has been with Iowa Insurance Store since 2014. He is a licensed Personal Insurance Agent and is known for his hard work, focus and efficient quoting. Jon enjoys spending his down time with his wife, dogs, friends, being active, and serving in the community and with his local church.

Ray loves working with people and received her personal lines license in 2022. Her customer service experience and natural joy contributes to Iowa Insurance Store's positivity. Ray is happily married and in her spare time loves experiencing life with others through volleyball, jogging, coffee dates, her church and quality time.
