Jacob joined IP Wealth® in 2020 and has worked in the intellectual property industry for several years, specialising in all areas of trade mark law. He has worked on a broad range of IP matters, including Australian and international trade mark filings, registrations, oppositions, infringement monitoring, and enforcement matters.
He has a comprehensive understanding of the dynamic relationship between IP rights and the ever changing commercial landscape. Having a particular interest in coding, cybersecurity and cryptoliteracy, Jacob is skilled in strategising innovative ways to investigate IP infringement through various online platforms for the enforcement of IP rights.
Holding a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Class 1 Honours from Bond University, Jacob specialised in Legal Innovation & Technology, Contemporary Legal Issues, Corporate & Commercial Law, and Legal Practice. He subsequently undertook his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Bond University and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2021.
Jacob's background before joining IP Wealth® includes work in academia as a research assistant at Bond University where he was involved in the research and writing process of textbook and academic article publication. His academic research prowess and skilled writing ability is proven through the publication of his own, and involvement in the research and editing of others', academic articles.
Jennifer joined the IP Wealth® team in 2013 and has a passion for all things accounting and administration. She is amongst other things, a highly skilled bookkeeper and has collected many other business accreditation's in her career.
She has over 10 years of management experience and she brings many different skills to IP Wealth®. Jennifer is very hands on with problem solving and ensuring accuracy in every area and gets a thrill our of assisting her colleagues with their tasks and knowing she is part of the bigger picture.
Her customer service skills are second to none and her professional attitude ensures that IP Wealth's clients are in very capable hands and receiving the best service possible. Jennifer is a highly valued team member and an asset to IP Wealth®.

Megan joined the IP Wealth® team in 2017 and is quickly learning about all things IP.
In her role as IP Wealth's Administration Assistant, she cooperates with all of the IP Wealth® Staff to support and assist with any task required. With her on the job, you can be confident that her attention to detail and quality of work will be a great benefit to your project.
Megan also maintains IP Wealth's Infringement Monitoring system. This ensures all individuals can feel their trade marks are protected and give peace of mind while under IP Wealth's supervision.
Michael Beverley is one of Australia's leading Trademark & Intellectual Property (IP) experts. He is passionate about helping business people to secure their success by controlling their IP and is most proud when he sees brands in shopping malls and in magazine advertisements that he has helped to protect with trademark registration.
In a career spanning more than 25 years, Michael has worked with world heavyweights including Warner Bros, Disney, Lucas Films and Australia's National Rugby League. His work in trademark protection has also led him to work with a wide range of local businesses while major firms around Australia turn to him for expert Trade Mark advice. Michael is committed to handing on his skills and to helping the business community understand the importance and value of their Trade Marks.

Paul is IP Wealth's dynamic and driven General Manager, leading the efficient and effective delivery of the goals and objectives of IP Wealth®, and supervising all staff members and operational affairs of the company. His hands-on approach has gained him the respect of the IP Wealth® staff and has built a solid reputation in developing longstanding beneficial client relationships.
Paul has extensive experience in the areas of management, customer service and the day to day operational needs of a business Prior to joining IP Wealth®, Paul committed 10 years to the police service, as well as setting up and operating several successful small businesses. This background lead to his pursuit in helping people from all walks of life. He is also a qualified and registered Private Investigator, assisting IP Wealth's clients in conducting investigations towards the enforcement of their Trademark & Intellectual Property rights.
Paul's strength as the General Manager is his unwavering commitment to the interests of IP Wealth's clients as a priority above all else, as well as to develop the skills of all IP Wealth® staff members to be true experts in their field.
Paul has been instrumental in the implementation of new policies and procedures for IP Wealth, ensuring that the high levels of client service and client satisfaction continue to be maintained. Paul's focus on providing a strong foundation on which to base the operation of IP Wealth®, his knowledge of trade marks and business operations, and focus on client satisfaction, is reflective of his passion and dedication to his role.
When I was in the police I really enjoyed helping people. It was one of those things at the end of the day I'd go home and I'd have a spring in my step, because I had genuinely helped somebody that really needed help. And had nowhere else to turn to.And I miss that. And when I became involved in this business I found the opportunity where there was also another real need that people had. So at the end of the day I'm able to help them to secure their trademark that is specific their needs, their cash flow needs, their company needs and their business needs and I can go home once that job is done and have a spring in my step.
