Klaus Duetoft is the founder and principal of Irrelach Consulting bringing over 15 years of human resource generalist experience that ranges from tactical through to strategic human resources.
Klaus has experience in a number of industry sectors including pharmaceutical, FMCG's, high technology, eCommerce and mobile telecommunications. Additionally, he has had experience delivering human resources solutions throughout a number of different countries including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, China, United States of America, United Kingdom and South Africa.
Klaus brings his commercially orientated workplace-based human resources experience to good effect in diagnosing, developing, delivering and measuring solutions that are designed to deliver enhanced value and performance to businesses.
