Amy Robinson is the national vice president of Culinary Services and has over three decades of experience in the culinary industry. She earned her culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu. As national vice president of Culinary Services, Amy has created and implemented several culinary, mentorship and training programs, and has personally mentored many chefs. Prior to working at ISL, Amy was as an executive pastry chef in Las Vegas. She discovered the senior living industry in 2012, and quickly fell in love. Amy is passionate about restructuring culinary programs and rebuilding teams.

Collette Gray, the President and CEO of Integral Senior Living and Solstice Senior Living, joined ISL in October 2010. Under her visionary leadership, ISL has risen to become the ninth-largest senior housing provider in the nation, with a prominent presence in California. With operations spanning 25 states, Collette provides overall strategic direction, driving exceptional results for both ISL and SSL, all while ensuring the utmost in resident and associate service. Collette's influence extends to overseeing all new development projects and cultivating an environment where associates are encouraged to bring their unique resources and ideas to the team. The company culture she nurtures lies at the core of ISL and SSL's resounding success. In 2023, Integral Senior Living partnered with Discovery Senior Living, creating the nation's fifth-largest senior housing provider, and Collette continues to serve in her President and CEO role for both Integral Senior Living and Solstice Senior Living and serves as a board member for the newly created board. Notably, in 2017, she played a pivotal role in ISL's joint venture with NorthStar Healthcare Income, Inc., launching the distinctive Solstice Senior Living brand with 32 independent living communities. Having spent 28 years in the senior living industry, Collette boasts an impressive track record. Prior to her tenure at ISL, she was with Merrill Gardens for six years, and earlier, she held various positions within Atria Senior Living Group (previously ARV). These roles included Vice President and Regional Director of Operations, Regional Sales and Marketing Director, Executive Director, and her career's outset as a Community Sales Director at an ARV community. Beyond her role at Integral Senior Living, Collette is a longstanding board member of the California Assisted Living Association, serving as Chairwoman of their inaugural Workforce Development Committee for three years. Additionally, since 2016, she has been a member of the Argentum board and worked to create the Women in Leadership Committee, serving as its Chairwoman. Collette's unwavering commitment to her communities, associates and the industry, earned her recognition in the Hall of Honor at the prestigious 2023 McKnight's Senior Living Women of Distinction Forum and Awards ceremony. Residing in Carlsbad, Calif., Collette and her husband, Mickey, cherish time spent with their five children, two dogs and cat. Embracing an outdoor lifestyle, they revel in the beauty of Carlsbad, its beaches and all it has to offer.

Dr. Stephanie Koffman

Dr. Stephanie Koffman is an experienced administrator with a demonstrated professional history of over 10 years working with senior living communities in different capacities within the private and nonprofit sectors. She holds both a master's degree and Ph.D. in social work from Yeshiva University, where her dissertation was titled "Purpose and Quality of Life Among Assisted Living Residents." In addition to her scholarly achievements, she is proud of her involvement in the development and creation of an executive director training and mentorship program, as well as enhancing a tech program focused on associate engagement. Stephanie was recently an executive director with many high-end communities in New York and California. Stephanie enjoys all forms of working out and being active, as well as spending time with friends and family. She is eager to re-join the ISL family and its amazing culture in this new role.

Heather Haley - VP of Sales

Heather Haley is a vice president of Sales and Marketing and has almost a decade of experience in health care marketing and sales. In this role, Heather oversees the marketing goals and strategies of communities in Tennessee, Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Utah and Georgia. Heather considers the senior living industry to be more of a calling than a career as each day is filled with unique ways to change lives for the better. Prior to her role at ISL, Heather started her career by spending five years as the publisher and editor of the Senior Directory East Tennessee (a primary tool and resource for seniors and health care workers in the region, which she helped to launch), Medical Services of America and TeamHealth Medical Call Center. In 2009, she was introduced to the senior health care industry and has never looked back. Heather received her bachelor's degree in public relations from the University of Tennessee. She is also a certified dementia practitioner. In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her family.

Jeffery Smith

Jeffery Smith is the senior vice president of Sales and Marketing and has over three decades of senior-level management experience. Jeffery graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a bachelor's degree in history. He also maintains a California real estate broker's license. Prior to working at ISL, Jeffery spent 13 years in the commercial real estate industry of Executive Suite Office Leasing. As regional vice president of sales, he oversaw up to 36 business units in multiple states for industry leading companies HQ Global Workplaces and Regus Offices. Jeffery has worked in the senior living industry since 2004.

Jennifer D. Ferrer

Jennifer Ferrer serves as the chief financial officer for ISL and SSL. She has almost two decades of experience in finance and accounting. She earned her B.A. degree in business economics with an emphasis in accounting and a minor in Asian American studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Prior to her role at ISL, Jennifer worked for a variety of companies, including Ernst & Young, Nestlé, National Hot Rod Association, and Picture Head.

Jessie Myer

Jessie Wiens serves as regional vice president of Sales and Marketing. In this role, she oversees the marketing goals and strategies of communities in Texas, Tennessee, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Wisconsin. Jessie came to this role with more than a decade of senior living experience, including a position in one of ISL's communities in her home state of Texas. Jessie considers her career in senior living to be destiny. She started volunteering in senior living from the early age of 8 years old and continued through her internships at Texas State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in health care administration and a master's degree in business. Jessie enjoys coaching her teams to success and embodies the ISL Culture Keeper of "Have a problem, bring a solution." In her spare time, Jessie loves to travel, hike and spend time on the river!

Josh Allen

Josh Allen, R.N., is the director of Clinical Services and has over two decades of experience in the senior living industry. He has worked in various leadership roles where he has overseen health services, staff development, recruiting and regulatory compliance. Josh is certified in assisted living nursing by the American Assisted Living Nurses Association. In this role, Josh consults on clinical best practices, risk management and legal cases, including testifying as an expert on assisted living standards of care. Josh has spearheaded response to the COVID-19 pandemic for senior living communities across the U.S., including serving as a designated COVID-19 consultant to the California Department of Social Services. Outside of work, Josh serves on the board of directors of the California Assisted Living Association and is the past board chair of the Center for Excellence in Assisted Living.

Kena Phillips

Kena Phillips joined the Integral Senior Living team in September 2023 with over 20 years of experience in senior services and housing. Her work in senior living includes not only the day-to-day oversight of operations, but training and mentorship of executive directors and developing protocols for team development, dementia care, employee motivation and engagement, and innovative care initiatives. Kena's specializations include dementia care, designing and implementing innovative senior living programming based on Montessori methodology, senior living team development, communication strategies, and transformational leadership. While in graduate school at Texas Tech University, Kena was asked to develop an Alzheimer's disease research and education program focusing on rural communities for Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Department of Neuropsychiatry. This opportunity eventually became a nationally recognized, award-winning program. Following her tenure at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center, Kena began her career in senior housing at the nation's first university-affiliated teaching health care center in sales and then as assistant administrator. Since that time, she has served in positions including executive director of Assisted Living, area director of Operations, national director of Clinical Services (Dementia), regional director of Operations and now regional vice president of Operations. Kena has served with the Alzheimer's Association, the National Council on Aging and the National Coalition of Rural Aging, as well as several community-based organizations. She holds a B.A. degree in sociology from Texas Tech University and has completed graduate work in sociology at Texas Tech, mediation programming at Texas Tech University School of Law and the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator course at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Outside of work, Kena enjoys traveling, hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, and spending time with her friends and family.

Laura Fischer joins Integral Senior Living with more than 23 years of experience in the senior living industry, most recently serving as the West division vice president for Brookdale Senior Living. She also has experience at the vice president of operations, regional director of operations and executive director levels. She earned her B.A. degree in business from Arizona State University. Fischer currently serves as treasurer on the board of directors for the California Assisted Living Association. As chief operating officer for Integral Senior Living, Fischer is tasked with overseeing all operations functions, setting goals for performance and growth, and creating and implementing business strategies for execution.

Prior to his role at ISL, Nick spent 10 years working as a general manager for Marriott, Hilton and Intercontinental hotels and two years as an opening general manager, where he led the construction of two hotels. Nicole Gasaway

Nicole Gasaway began her journey in senior living as a home health aide while attending college. Throughout the following 20 years, she's held a variety of additional titles, having worked in skilled nursing, admissions, marketing and sales leadership capacities before being appointed regional vice president of Operations. From planning and executing mergers and acquisitions to redeveloping and converting senior apartment complexes to independent living, Nicole has been integral in bringing quality senior living to discerning seniors across multiple states and locales. Nicole graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Texas A&M University in College Station, and later received an MBA degree from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. Nicole is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner and was honored as Volunteer of the Year from the Alzheimer's Association in San Antonio and South Texas in 2014. When away from work, you'll find Nicole spending time with her husband and their two daughters. Never one to waste a moment of precious family time, she thoroughly enjoys exploring the country with her troop, indulging in exotic dishes and making memories at every opportunity.
