Dharmesh H. Divecha has 16 years of experience within satellite the industry. He started his career with SimbaNET Tanzania in 2004 as a night shift NOC Engineer. He grew to the level of managing and supporting Satellite Infrastructure including Customer support after one and half (1.5) years.
Dharmesh H. Divecha now heads the Technical Department at iSAT Africa Limited.
Currently managing the Network Operation Center (NOC), Satellite, IP, Broadcast & Teleport. Dharmesh speaks English, Swahili, Hindi & Gujarati.

My experience spans across CRM Management ,Sales Account Management ,Vendor Management within private, retail and public sector accounts all within Telecommunications Industry .My past experience working at Dimension Data ,Wananchi Telecom and Safaricom PLC have given me a unique blend of skills and exposure to different customer segments in and out of Africa.

Heinrich started work in the satellite industry in 1990 and worked for a number of companies in his career…amongst which include Plessey (in South Africa) and Afsat Communications Limited (also known as iWayAfrica). He hold degrees in Engineering and Finance, and apart from his interest in the satellite communications industry, Heinrich has an "arm chair" interest in Economics, Sports, Politics.
Hussein Kitambi is Chief Operating Officer for iSAT Africa group of companies in Africa and Middle East. Hussein strength is in customer relations, project management and leading team.
Hussein has experience of leading many international organizations at senior management level in Africa including Dimension Data Tanzania where he was the Managing Director responsible for overseeing the overall business performance in Tanzania. Prior to that he was the Chief Executive Officer at Liquid Telecom Tanzania responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership. Hussein also worked as Managing Director & CEO at SimbaNET, handling Kenya, Uganda & Tanzania operations. He was in charge of leading the enterprise transformation to deliver business platforms to Corporates & SME markets.
Working across various countries in Africa, Hussein has international cross-functional experience in the telco industry. He comes with a proven track record of operational efficiency, leading businesses through change, and interpreting business strategies into actual operating.

Mayur Ghella has 16 years of experience within the Telecommunications Industry. He started his Telecommunications career with SimbaNET Tanzania in 2004 as a Network Engineer. In 2006 he was promoted to lead the Wireless Department.
In 2011, he took a managerial position as the Technical operations Manager, managing the Service Delivery team and infrastructure team. During his leadership tenure, the organization advanced on wireless technology from proprietary licensed wireless point to multi point network to WiMAX 802.16d Fixed network to WiMAX 802.16e (4G) network. Similarly the fiber network was expanded from 70km to 400+km in Dar with distributed GPON network within Dar es Salaam.
In 2017, He took up a wider role of Head of Operations and Infrastructure managing Service Delivery, Infrastructure and Project teams and has been key in assisting sister group of companies on infrastructure strategy as well as expansion of infrastructure in Kenya, Uganda, Zambia and Malawi.
Effective March 2019, Mayur joined iSAT Africa as Head of operations, handling operations across.

Having been an integral part of renowned brands like Tata Teleservices, Telenor, Multilinks Nigeria, and Airtel, Pramit has championed core marketing functions including Branding, Customer Acquisition, Product Management, GTM strategies, and CLM.

Rakesh Kukreja is founder and Managing Director of iSAT Africa Ltd FZC with a vision to develop innovative solutions based on proven technologies but fine-tuned for Africa for niche markets like Rural Connectivity, GSM backhaul, Enterprise, Data Centers, Broadcasting and others.
Rakesh has also played major role in building SimbaNET and Wananchi Telecom brand in Enterprise and wholesale business areas. Under his leadership, Wananchi Business Services has grown more than 5 times and has expanded its geographical footprints from Kenya, to Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Malawi and UAE.
Rakesh is a Communication Engineer with 25 years of experience in the ICT industry, mostly in Africa and Middle East, and has led many organizations including new start-ups.
Rakesh is passionate about use of ICT for bring social change and bridging digital divide. He strongly believes that society deserves much more from ICT industry and professionals than what is being delivered.
