Andrew Lang

Job Titles:
  • Vice President of DHS
Andrew Lang is the Vice President of DHS overseeing the execution and growth of ITC's DHS portfolio. He provides oversight of our Program Managers and supports back-office operations to help support employee satisfaction and partner relationships in support of our customers' mission. Before joining ITC, Andrew spent over 20 years supporting the federal government as a systems engineer and program and portfolio manager. He has supported the Department of Defense, the White House Communications Agency, and the DOJ on large operations, cybersecurity, and innovation initiatives. As a United States Marine Corps veteran, he holds a Bachelor's in Management from the University of Mary Washington and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), and is a certified SAFe Practitioner.

April Sherman

Job Titles:
  • Business Unit Director - Business Services
As the Director of the Business Services Unit, April is responsible for managing ITC's administrative and business services portfolio of contracts as well as serving as the PM for our DOJ OJP program. She brings 20 years of extensive experience in operations, business, and program management with in-depth knowledge of business process development and realignment. For the past 10 years, April has served in senior leadership roles managing a variety of programs and contracts across ITC. Previously, April held leadership positions with The Virginian-Pilot, Novo Solutions, and Institute for Professional Development, where she successfully realigned departments to improve productivity across the organization. She is a certified Project Management Professional and earned her MBA from Averett University.

Bobby Lam

  • Senior Advisor / As Senior Advisor
, Bobby Lam serves as the corporate lead and C4IT subject matter expert (SME) for technical and strategic development at ITC Federal. He is responsible for solutions development and implementation and brings over 35 years of executive-level experience managing large geographically distributed enterprises inclusive of IT organizations. Prior to ITC, Bobby worked with GovCon companies on strategic IT programs and led federal agency-level IT organizations into highly effective and efficient IT service providers. He has directed thousands of personnel and governed multiple multi-million-dollar budgets and IT projects. Bobby is a U.S. Coast Guard retiree and holds a B.S. from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and an M.S. from the Naval Postgraduate School. He is PMPĀ® and ITIL Foundation Certified.

Carrie Marcantuono

As Chief Recruiting Officer, Carrie Marcantuono oversees recruitment and personnel security needs for ITC. Leveraging her passion for people and strong interpersonal skills, she has developed and executed winning strategies to identify, attract, and retain exceptional talent in the DoD, Intel, and federal and civilian sectors. Previously, Carrie held key leadership positions for companies such as The Select Group, where she played a key role in establishing their federal presence and attaining their facility security clearance. She holds a B.S. in Financial Management from Clemson University.

Cris Watkins

  • Senior Director of Proposals
As Sr. Director of Proposals, Cris Watkins provides daily oversight of the proposal development and management process supporting ITC's project portfolio. She leads and collaborates with subject matter experts, business development teams, and teaming partners to blend key capture, proposal, and technical strategies to meet federal customers' requirements. Previously, Cris provided proposal development for small business firms in the Washington DC metro, helping them to grow their portfolio. She holds an M.A. from Georgetown University and a B.A. from Mary Baldwin College. She also has a Certificate in Project Management from Cornell University and is a Member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.

Geoff Crowe

  • Chief Growth Officer
Geoff Crowe serves as the Chief Growth Officer of ITC. In this capacity, he leads the identification, qualification, pursuit, and account management for all new business activities. Geoff brings more than a decade of experience leading new business pursuits for defense, civilian, and intelligence procurements. Geoff has personally managed efforts to book more than $500M for ITC over the past 10 years. Previously, he served as a senior manager of business development for TDC Government Solutions, playing a key role in establishing their federal presence and helping them secure more than $80M in federal contracts across the defense and intelligence sector. He holds a B.S. from Christopher Newport University and has Shipley capture and proposal management training.

Greg Fitzgerald - CEO

As the Chief Executive Officer, Greg Fitzgerald (Fitz) works alongside his executive management team, providing leadership, corporate governance, and strategic direction for the company to expand ITC's business footprint into new public and private sector markets. He brings 20 years of experience leading executive oversight, program management, business development, capture management, and solution development across the federal sector. Personally, Fitz has managed the pursuit of over $500M in contract awards at ITC since its founding. He is the architect of ITC's business development and service delivery strategy and serves as ITC's lead executive overseeing strategic accounts at ITC. Previously, Fitz served in leadership positions with the Computer Science Corporation (CSC), where he led the pursuit and capture of strategic opportunities securing over $1B in new single-award contract wins. He has a B.A. from Penn State University and an M.S. in Technology Management from George Mason University. He is PMPĀ® certified and holds a Federal CIO certification. He also is a member of the YPO US Capital Chapter and on the board of directors at GovForce.

Imran Bashir - CTO

As Chief Technology Officer, Imran leads the development of ITC's technology strategy and delivery frameworks, directs all innovation initiatives, and oversees ITCs centers of excellence and technology strategic partnerships and alliances. In this capacity he works with our executive team, customers, and partners to develop leading edge technology solutions leveraging emerging technologies to best meet current and future customer needs and requirements. Before joining ITC, Imran was VP of Emerging Technologies, CTO of Cloud Computing at ECS, and Managing Director of Emerging Technology at Apex, both ASGN companies. While at ECS, he helped establish multiple centers of excellence (CoE), including cloud, cyber, and AI/ML, and achieved the highest partnership levels with AWS, Azure, and GCP. Imran has a B.S. in Electronics Engineering from Lahore, Pakistan, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University. He has published a book on OO software testing and presented at numerous conferences and technical summits.

Janet Hanofee

Job Titles:
  • Chief Human Resource Officer
As the Chief Human Resources Officer, Janet Hanofee oversees ITC Federal's human resources and administration functions, including HR strategic planning, policies and objectives, legal compliance, employee relations, performance management, and training. She brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience, including 15 years in the government contracting industry. Before joining ITC, she worked with SOSi, Chenega Corporation, and Jacobs (CH2M Hill), managing large international HR teams with employees worldwide. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Human Resources Certification Institute, the international credentialing body for measuring the competencies of the HR practitioner. Janet is a certified Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute and holds a Bachelor's in Humanities from the University of Alaska.

Kathy Wallace

  • Director of Air Force Programs
As ITC's Director of Air Force Programs, Kathy provides business services and daily operational IT support for the Air Force programs. She works with ITC's senior leadership team to build, execute, and deliver on Air Force efforts. Kathy brings over 30 years of experience working in the DoD, including the US Air Force. Kathy is a retired member of the U.S. Army, where she served as a Signals Intelligence Warrant Officer. Since leaving the military, she has dedicated her career to supporting military operations on various Information Technology programs for over 20 years. She graduated from Wilkes Community College with a degree in business administration and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Kenneth Chambers

Job Titles:
  • Vice President of Corporate Growth
As Vice President of Corporate Growth, Kenneth Chambers provides senior capture support focused on leading strategic deals. He works with customers, government leaders, strategic partners, and ITCs new business team to align corporate solutions and services with the evolving needs of ITC's clients. Kenneth brings nearly two decades of management and technology consulting experience and skills working with various GovCon companies, including Booz Allen Hamilton, RGS, Morgan Business Consulting (MBC), and Seventh Sense Consulting. He holds an MBA and B.S. in Marketing and Logistics from the University of Maryland R.H. Smith School of Business and is a certified Lean Six Sigma practitioner.

Naveen Kumar

Naveen Kumar serves as Vice President of Oracle Solutions Practice. He brings over 20 years of rich experience in ERP business process design, configuration, development, upgrades, and implementations with in-depth financial knowledge of accounting practices in manufacturing, service, and federal government. Prior to ITC, Naveen held key positions with top IT consulting corporations including Unisys and Deloitte, leading multimillion acquisition financial transformation programs. He is a Certified Chartered Accountant and earned his B.S. and M.B.A. from Averett University.

Ryan Beauchemin

  • Vice President of DOJ
Ryan Beauchemin is the Vice President of DOJ overseeing the execution and growth across our DOJ portfolio. He provides oversight to our Program Managers and supports our back-office operations to help support employee satisfaction and partner relationships in support of our customers' mission. Prior to joining ITC, Ryan spent 11 years at ManTech International in various leadership roles supporting multiple DOJ components, including the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and the FBI. Over the course of his career, Ryan has supported the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Civil Division, and several other DOJ components. With more than 20 years of experience, he brings various customer and industry experiences to help enable people to reach their full potential. Ryan graduated with a BS in Management Information Systems (MIS) from George Mason University, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, and a certified SAFe Practitioner.

Stephen Gair - CFO

Stephen Gair serves as the Chief Financial Officer for ITC. In this capacity, he is responsible for all of the financial activities of the company. He is an accomplished financial executive with comprehensive experience in operational and financial management and brings over 30 years of financial experience across engineering, manufacturing, and logistics services firms in the federal market. Previously, Stephen worked as a senior consultant for Saggar and Rosenberg P.C. and as CFO for the Tyonek Native Corporation. He holds a B.A. from SUNY at Potsdam and an M.B.A. from Rivier College.

Umme Hasnain

Job Titles:
  • Member of the National Contract Management Association
  • Vice President of Contracts
Umme Hasnain serves as ITC's Vice President of Contracts. In this role, she is responsible for contracts, subcontracts, compliance and quality, pricing, facilities, IT, and overall corporate operations. Prior to ITC Federal, Umme served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Unissant and Vice President of Contract Operations at Brillient Corporation, where she oversaw all contracts-related actions, subcontracts/procurement, compliance and risk management, pricing, facilities, project control, and assisted in proposal activities. She also worked at Vectrus in the European Mission Support Group, successfully mitigating complex contract risks and providing her expertise in all contract matters. Prior to Vectrus, Umme worked at ManTech International Corporation, primarily supporting the Contracts Department and working with all other departments to achieve common goals within the Mission Solutions Services Group. Umme is a member of the National Contract Management Association and has a Master's Certificate in Government Contracting from George Mason University.
