Earlier in his career, Mr. Akshay worked as an Associate in Investment Banking in the Financial Institutions Group with Deutsche Bank, New York. He has wide experience in the areas of legal strategizing, handling complex litigations, mergers & acquisitions, cross border transactions, international & domestic arbitrations, intellectual property advisory & litigations and statutory & ethical compliance. Before joining JB Pharma, he was associated with Macleods Pharmaceuticals Limited and various other organisations like Tata group, Zydus group and Torrent group.
At JB Pharma, Jason D'souza is involved with the Investor Relations, M&A and ESG functions of the organisation reporting to the CEO. He also manages the CEO office which is responsible for strategic projects. With a Bachelors in Chemistry and an MBA in Financial Management, he brings to the table two decades of experience in the gamut of Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations.
