Bruce is the Senior Vice President and majority owner of The Jacobson Companies, Inc. the parent company of Jacobson Engineering, LLC. He joined his brothers in their Real Estate Development company in 1975 and now is the majority owner. He established the engineering division at that time and it was split off in 2006. He is also the qualifying party on all of the contractors licenses held all of the entities in the State of AZ.
He served as the Town Engineer for the Town of Parker, AZ and County Engineer for La Paz County in AZ. Bruce has been involved in civil engineering and development projects in AZ since 1963. As an engineer, his experience includes design of water and sewer treatment plants, pumping and distribution systems, roads and streets, interstate highway systems, flood control structures, and survey design for both public and private sectors for almost 50 years.
He is a registered Civil Engineer in AZ and CA, a registered Land Surveyor in AZ and a registered Water Treatment Plant Operator in AZ. His registrations for civil engineering are #6667 in AZ since 1967 and #18372 in CA. His registration for Land Surveyor in AZ is #16552 since 1984. His registration for Water Treatment Plant Operator in AZ is #1674.
Hector has been with the company since August 2000 and he is our survey party chief. His responsibilities includes supervisor and scheduling the survey crew to perform tasks such as construction staking, and collecting data for boundary surveys, land surveys and ALTA surveys. He utilizes the latest technology to perform his work including the Leica GPS 500 and 1200 systems and a Wild TC 1010 Total Station with HP 48GX Collector System.
Raul has been with the companies since 1988 and his experience includes responsibility for complete design, investigation and layouts to final submittal for all subdivisions, drainage reports and specifications to all state and local agencies for approvals. He has been involved in the design of various water and sewer projects including sewage collection mains, sewage force mains, lift stations and water distribution systems and commercial projects.
He is also responsible for the survey work performed by Jacobson Engineering including ALTA Surveys, boundary surveys, construction staking, data collection, etc. He supervises all the work done by the surveys crews, and insures that the technology in use by the company is innovative and leading edge.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Baja California in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico
