Carly is a graduate of the University of Akron where she majored in Marketing and Sales Management. As a Student Athlete at Akron, she was a valued member of the first MAC Championship team in Akron Women's Basketball history.
Upon graduating, Carly began working at Jackson Dieken & Associates; where she provides experienced customer service to our Public Entity clients.

Kelly is a lifelong resident of Northeast Ohio, graduating from Cleveland's St. Joseph High School and Bowling Green State University. He began his insurance career with Liberty Mutual in 1983. For over 20 years, Kelly has managed the Jackson Dieken Public Entity Department, providing professional service to to our valued clients.
He continues to provide expert sales management services to our Property and Casualty program with Tokio Marine HCC Public Risk in both Ohio and Kentucky.
