Jim Stobaugh Builders was established in November of 2005, when Jim Stobaugh built his first custom home. Prior to that, Jim spent 10 years working for one of the area's premier builders. He has experience in every aspect of home building, and actively gets involved in every home he builds. Unlike some home builders, Jim is not a Realtor or designer, and you won't find him sitting in the office very often. He is a Carpenter at heart who has true passion for carpentry and woodworking. As a result, you are most likely to find him working with his team on the job site. If you are looking for Jim, you probably won't find him in the office - he's probably out working at a site...
