JetCo Pro Bill LLC was formed in 2003 to provide services associated with the new HIPAA regulations governing U. S. Health Care scheduled for implementation in October of that year. Seeing the convergence of HIPAA and the Internet, the founders assembled a team of computer programmers along with some of the most experienced medical billers in the state of Michigan to design the Web enabled, HIPAA compliant medical billing application.
