North Wales Estate is a historic 2,000 acre horse farm estate that is located just outside of Warrenton, VA on the Springs Road. Our work on the project included remodeling the 33,000 square foot main house, restoration of two yearling barns, hay barn, carriage house, archway entrance, broodmare barn, and remodel and addition work to the hunter barn.
William Eicher, Mr. Eicher's son, began working in the field as a laborer, learning from master carpenters eventually becoming a foreman running projects from the field. He moved into the office in 1998 bringing innovative procedures to ensure the tradition of quality and customer satisfaction the company has built it's 40 years on. Rachelle Eicher, Will's wife, began working with the company in 2002 and brings meticulous oversight to all project accounting and office administration. Today, the company also employs an estimator, project manager, on-site foreman and skilled carpenters. We also have established relationships with design professionals to provide Design Build Services. Additionally, we are able to bring quality, skilled subcontractors to projects to ensure the highest workmanship due to our many years of mutual respect.
Upon Jim Eicher's retirement from the company in 2016, Will and Rachelle Eicher now run the company together ensuring the same customer service and satisfaction the company has built it's 40 year reputation on. Our projects include highly customized architect-designed new houses, additions, remodeling work, historic restorations, equine facilities and our own in-house design build work.
Eicher works with industry leading architectural firms and design professionals to provide clients with the home realized in their dreams. We enjoy engaging in a partnership with the client and architect at the inception of the project to be involved with project planning and feasibility.
