JL B Catering is the dream child of Chef Justin Blair. Chef Blair's zest for good food and good friends drove him to start his career in restaurants at the very early age of 16 in San Diego. The restaurant life offered him free days to surf with his friends and nights to cook on the restaurant line and learn from some of the best chefs in California... Culinary and graduated in 1990 at the top of his class in Culinary Arts. In 1992, Chef Blair was awarded second place as Oregon's Best Seafood Chef, and has worked in numerous fine dining restaurant and hotel establishments. Moving to Seattle in 2002, Chef Blair managed a staff of 400+ for Aramark Food Services as the Executive Chef at Qwest Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks...
