Andrea studied Business Administration with majors in Human Resources & Organizational Development at the University of Regensburg in Germany. She graduated with a master's degree.
Professional Experience
Andrea started her career at the international executive search consultancy "Heidrick & Struggles" in Munich as a member of the practices "consumer" and "professional services".
When she moved to the BMW Group, her focus initially shifted to operational HR management. As HR Business Partner, she was responsible for various areas in the development department, including the "Rolls Royce" brand in the UK. In strategic personnel management, she was involved in the complete redesign of management training for the BMW Group.
Andrea Partner has been Partner at Jack Russell Consulting - AltoPartners Germany in Munich since the beginning of 2020. In the diverse tasks of HR work, Andrea is particularly enthusiastic about the identification and assessment of high potentials as well as their further development.
After gaining some experience in consulting, Cosima has since been complementing our team at Jack Russell while continuing her school education. Being active in research, she is aware of one thing: to always keep going. Thus, she has already internalized the Jack Russell motto that there is always a way to get a task done.
Thomas studied Law at Giessen Law School, is a member of the German bar and holds a PhD in Labour Law.

Fail better" - this quote by Samuel Beckett encapsulates Thomas Heyn's view that failure is a natural part of our daily lives, however it is how you learn, grow and keep trying that is important in shaping your character. It is this strength of character and his quest for constant learning that has driven Thomas throughout his diverse and exciting career.
Thomas credits the fact that he has lived and worked in Germany, Austria, Russia, UK and the USA as providing him with interesting learning experiences and giving him the ability to fluidly adapt his management style to suit multiple teams and clients. His exposure to the most diverse territories and cultures in a dynamic business market has turned Thomas into a truly global business enthusiast.
With over 20 years of hands-on experience in establishing and constantly improving international organizations within a demanding corporate environment, Thomas is credited as being a trailblazer, that gets the job done by seeking creative and innovative solutions.
In 2002, Thomas, together with Oliver Torster, founded the Executive Search firm Jack Russell Consulting, the German branch of AltoPartners, based in Munich.
Before Thomas spent more than 10 years with Hewlett Packard in several Senior European Management positions, including VP Operations Eastern Europe. His move to Tektronix, a technology leader based in Portland, Oregon, as VP Human Resources EMEA, enabled him to play a central role in completing several merger and acquisitions. Thomas then joined Oracle's European Organization in the role of VP Human Resources, where he was focused on successfully meeting the company's highly ambitious growth targets as well as being responsible to integrate the workforce of several acquisitions into the Oracle organization.

Lucas started his part-time career next to his highschool diploma as a freelance IT-Associate at "nextLAP", an IoT-Startup ("Smart-Shelf") in the Logistics/Warehouse-Industry. Meanwhile, he acquired several private customers for homebase IT Support and led diverse projects concerning livestreaming-software and -setups.
Since 2020, Lucas serves as an IT Administrator at Jack Russell Consulting. Besides managing the entire technical infrastructure in coordination with the international partner-offices, he also supports the team with IT-questions of any kind.
Marion has an apprencticeship as a travel agent
Professional Experience
Marion worked in the tourism industry for almost 20 years and was also part of the IHK examination committee during this time. She then moved to Heidrick & Struggles in the team of partner Oliver Torster. After Oliver and Thomas Heyn founded Jack Russell Consulting in 2002, Marion soon followed suit.
At JRC she supports the partners as an executive assistant and furthermore in her role as office manager ensures that the infrastructure and internal processes work perfectly. One of her most outstanding competencies is the seemingly effortless juggling with and fixing of appointments for clients, candidates, and partners.

Matthias Bruchner studied environmental and technology sociology, organization sociology, economics and psychology at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich and completed his degree as a graduate sociologist.
Professional Experience
He began his career as a recruiter and researcher within a Search Firm, where he acquired the experience and skills needed to fill commercial and technical positions for demanding clients.
His successful work did not go unnoticed and so Matthias was contacted and contracted by Jack Russell Consulting - AltoPartners Germany in 2008.
Matthias Bruchner has deep technological knowledge combined with a constant curiosity about current topics.
Not least because of his well-founded psychological training, Matthias succeeds in the first contact with suitable candidates to find the motivation position of his counterpart, and also to convey the "story" of the client.
Matthias is distinguished by a pronounced "Can-Do mentality" and does not think in problems but in solutions.
To this day, Matthias Bruchner is a passionate and still active handball player and has kept loyalty to his club in the north of Munich, for whom he has been chasing the ball since childhood days.
