Alissa Grimm is a fourth-generation Montanan with a passion for the state that keeps her here. Outside of work you can find her whipping up a mean angel food cake, hiking, gardening or out on a day trip with her husband and two young girls. With a career in the accounting industry, Alissa has significant experience in tax, audit, review, compilation, consulting services and payroll services for a variety of clients. Her primary focus is federal and state taxation of individuals, partnerships, LLCs, S corporations and nonprofits. Alissa believes in effort and choice not luck and chance. And so she uses her expertise, passion and experience to help clients make informed decisions in addition to helping them with compliance returns. She works with her JCCS colleagues to help clients achieve other goals such as minimizing tax liabilities. For example, when reviewing a new client's past returns she noticed that depreciation had not been taken on them. She amended the past three years of returns to help the client capture a significant tax savings. She enjoys giving back to her community and serves on the Five Valleys Crime Stoppers Board and is a member of Missoula Sunrise Rotary.

Angie Heppner has lived in Montana, for the past 38 years and just recently moved from Great Falls to Whitefish. She enjoys reading, hiking, camping and kayaking and more. She is an active member of her church and enjoys spending time with her two boys, her granddaughters, who are the light of her life and her family and friends. Angie is part of the JCCS administrative team. She has more than 30 years of customer service experience. It is her professional customer-first attitude that allows Angie to greet each client sincerely and make them feel welcome and an important part of JCCS. Whether she is helping to hand out tax returns and answer questions or working with a colleague on a project, her dedication to our clients and the continued growth of JCCS is evident.

Ashley Sellwood was delighted to join the JCCS team in 2016 and brings with her more than 13 years of customer service experience - along with her everlasting optimism and sunny disposition. She takes Ralph Waldo Emerson seriously when he wrote, "Though we travel the world over to find the beautiful, we must carry it with us, or we find it not." As a Montana native, no matter the distance traveled Ashley has always found her way back home. Two of Ashley's favorite journeys away (so far) have included time teaching English in China and guiding adventure tours in Thailand. She has indeed traveled the world and experienced much beauty. Not surprising given her passport, outside of the office Ashley lives for adventures of all types, including traveling, hiking, camping, rafting, rock climbing and dancing.

She has worked in an admin/receptionist position for the last 7 years with her experience being in the medical field and accounting field. She began her accounting office career in Kalispell in 2019, moving back to Hamilton in 2021 to be closer to family. She started with JCCS in Hamilton and has relocated to Great Falls office due to her husband's job. Brittney believes in the importance of creating a relationship with each client. From his first encounter with a recruiter to working through tax season, it was clear to Calvin that JCCS has an unwavering culture of integrity and always looks out for the client's best interest. Coming from a long line of small business owner's Calvin appreciates being a part of an organization that seeks to improve the financial lives of every client, no matter how big or small. With a focus in taxation Calvin strives to find clients the best solutions for both their short and long-term goals. Calvin completed both his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Montana State University, where he competed for the Bobcat Track & Field team as a thrower. After graduating, Calvin and his wife moved to the Flathead Valley to be closer to family and join the JCCS team. When outside of the office Calvin enjoys mountain biking, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Carla Reneau is service. Throughout her 30-some-year career her job titles have ranged from administrative assistant to customer service representative to barista. She's worked in insurance, retail and now financial services. Job title aside, Carla has always considered service to be her main duty - service to clients and to co-workers. Known to be organized, efficient and professional, Carla is at her best when she's working as an integral part of a team, inside the workplace or out. She's always looking for ways to support her co-workers and client teams toward the goal of client satisfaction and growth. A Montana native, she truly appreciates the splendor of the state and its seasons - and notes that her appreciation became more poignant after living in the Los Angeles and Seattle areas. Now based in Missoula, Carla and her family enjoy time in the outdoors as well as supporting local community events and schools. Special Olympics and other volunteer opportunities are big highlights for the family.
