As part of his India-UK litigation practice, Jayesh is instructed to draft pleadings, represent and enforce foreign judgments in UK courts. He has negotiated contracts covering a number of the industries mentioned, particularly from India. Jayesh provides regulatory consultancy advice to Indian companies entering the UK market and litigates on their behalf as well as against Indian companies in the UK, litigating on matters with UK jurisdiction, enforcing contractual obligations and foreign judgments.
