For many years the company operated as a full service real estate firm offering real estate brokerage services, property management, mortgage financing, insurance, appraisals and other services... Since the 1970's, JEBCO has focused on the development, ownership and management of real estate for the account of JEBCO and related entities, and the acquisition and origination of Mortgages and Contracts for Deed... JEBCO also invests in real estate-secured debt instruments such as contracts for deed, mortgages and deeds of trust. We purchase, and in some cases, originate such instruments.
