Caroline Fournier

Caroline is in charge of the marketing for Fournier Legal Services. She manages our social media, our website, blog posting, newsletters, and our Little League Scholarship program (the FLS Foundation, Inc.). Caroline graduated from the University of Connecticut and currently attends graduate school at Vanderbilt University. In her free time, she loves to play tennis with her dad, spend time with friends and family, and go to the beach.

Dakota Flint

Dakota is a Paralegal in our East Haven, CT office. Dakota grew up all over the country, including Minnesota, Iowa, and New Mexico. He received his Associates of Arts in Behavioral and Social Sciences from Cuyamaca College in San Diego, California, and his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University. Dakota is currently a law student at Quinnipiac University School of Law. He spent the nine years prior to law school serving in the Navy as an Aviation Electrician's Mate. In his downtime, he enjoys martial arts and fitness, reading, music, and spending time with his family.

Haley E. Veller

Haley is Of-Counsel to the firm. Haley's practice focuses on Family Law, Probate Law, and Estate Planning. She also served as a Staff Attorney in the Probate Court System for 13 years. She loves to help clients through the court process during what is a difficult time in their lives. Born and raised in Vermont, Haley came to CT to attend Quinnipiac University School of Law. In Law School, she was President of the Public Interest Law Project serving the needs of the underrepresented. She also served as a participant and coach of the Moot Court Appellate Court Program. Haley earned her bachelor degree at the University of Vermont in Burlington. Growing up in Vermont, Haley developed her love of all things outdoors including hiking, biking, skiing, and playing with her dog. She and her husband also enjoy spending time at the sea shore and listening to live music.

Joseph E. Fournier

Joseph E. Fournier is an attorney who has more than twenty years of experience advising and leading companies and individuals in a variety of capacities. Joe has significant experience in a variety of business legal matters, including start-ups and company formations, drafting shareholder and operating agreements, contracts, employment law, commercial litigation, tax planning, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He also handles estate planning matters, such as business succession planning, wills, trusts, and probate. Joe has a unique perspective on how to represent and advise his clients. He passed the uniform CPA exam in 1993. Further, and prior to starting his own law firm, he spent more than five years in the Boston office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the largest professional services firms in the world, served as General Counsel for a nationwide medical records management company, and then spent three years as Managing Attorney and COO for one of Connecticut's leading law firms. Joe received his law degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill School of Law and his Accounting degree from the University of Rhode Island. He is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and the U.S. District Court for CT. He is periodically an Adjunct Professor and lecturer at the University level and has been a frequent speaker on business planning and legal matters. Joe is on the Board of Directors of the Urban Community Alliance, he is the Founder and initial Director for the FLS Foundation, Inc. (our Little League scholarship program), and he is a member of the Benchwarmers which supports Coginchaug Regional High School athletics and student-athletes. Joe enjoys spending time with his family and dogs and traveling to warm weather locations. When he is not coaching his children, he is trying to compete with them in the gym, on the tennis court, or on the golf course.

Justin Krajeski

Justin is an Associate Attorney at the firm operating primarily out of our CT office. Born in Rhode Island and raised in Connecticut, Justin received his bachelors degree from Siena College and his law degree from The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law. Justin's experience includes a variety of legal areas, such as business litigation, employment litigation, Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA) claims, contracts, and personal injury. Justin is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, Federal District Court of Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. In his spare time, Justin enjoys fitness and staying active, watching Premier League Soccer, hiking, golfing, and animals of all kinds.

Mary Grace Flint

She received her Associates of Science in Paralegal Studies from Cuyamaca College in San Diego California, and her BA in Philosophy, Morality, Law and Politics from Arizona State University. Grace is currently a law student at the Quinnipiac University School of Law. Grace spent her last 9 years in the Navy as an Aviation Machinist Mate. In her down time she enjoys cooking, yoga, and running.

Michel Pascal

In her free time, Michel loves spending time with friends and family, enjoys fitness and staying active, and being a cat mom.

Shawn P. Dontigney

Shawn is an Associate Attorney with Fournier Legal Services, reporting to the East Haven, CT office and working remotely in Middletown, CT. Shawn was born in Middletown and was raised in Middlefield and Durham, CT. He received his bachelor's degree from Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI and his law degree from Creighton University School of Law, where he was published in the Law Review and served as its Editor-in-Chief during his senior year.
