After 40 wonderful years the original Beehive Kiln has been upgraded to the Beehive Pro Studio Kiln. The new design has special attention from years of feedback from teachers and artisan's. We are very excited about the updated model. There are several upgrades to the Beehive Pro model it has a larger 3.5" element, 6 Foot cord-set, High temperature composite stand, the stand design allows the escaping heat to be redirected back into the kiln. The new larger heating element has more mass which provides more available heat especially advantageous when firing large pieces. The new Beehive Pro model is more energy efficient it operates for just pennies per hour. All of the original Beehive accessories will work with the new Beehive Pro model.
