As an essential focus on her career, Roxana maintained continuing education as a priority and was ready to take her expertise in real estate and corporate office administration to the next level when she joined The Jan Richey Team. Roxana is very eager to continue delivering to clients the same high level of expert, professional service they've come to expect. When she is not working, she loves spending time with friends, her family of 3 children, 2 grandchildren, 2 dogs, and a cat and traveling to beach destinations with her husband, Chuck.

As The Jan Richey Team Manager for over 25 years, Tracy assures that all systems and procedures run smoothly. She is a licensed Realtor® with the SRS designation (Seller Representative Specialist) who has worked in real estate for over 34 years, giving her the necessary experience, knowledge and ability that are required to handle customer needs with excellence. Tracy manages all the details from the time your home is listed, until an offer is accepted and from contract to closing. Her quick response to your needs and requests will be met with superior attention, professionalism and efficiency.
Tracy and her husband Charles live in Twin Creeks in Allen. In their spare time they enjoy attending a variety of sporting events, especially Texas Ranger games and spending time with family.
Yolanda Durant has 20+ years of professional experience in small business and corporate real estate finance. As a licensed Realtor, her top-notch professionalism and multi-faceted experience make her a stellar resource for her clients. She brings a wealth of knowledge from her impressive career in banking and finance to the real estate market in North Texas.
Her primary responsibilities included partnering with residential and commercial property buyers and sellers in negotiating, marketing, securing documents, conducting property walk-throughs, and advising clients on property value and condition.
Yolanda has created networks and centers of influence that expand outside of her connections in Texas. She loves helping prospective buyers from anywhere find the perfect place to call home in North Texas. With her ALHS (Accredited Luxury Home Specialist) designation, Yolanda is dedicated to assisting clients in the market for luxury properties.
Yolanda and her husband moved to the Dallas area about 10 years ago and currently reside in Plano. In her free time, Yolanda enjoys making memories with her family and two fur babies. Traveling, attending concerts, shopping, and expanding her other businesses are among her other interests.
