Deborah O. Jennings

Deborah O. Jennings has been named by her peers as one of the Legal Elite of Virginia - Family Lawyers, a list published annually by Virginia Business magazine. She is admitted to practice in all the Virginia state courts, the federal district courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. She received a B.A. from the University of Richmond and a J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law, University of Richmond. Ms. Jennings is a member of American Bar Association, Virginia Bar Association, Chesterfield-Colonial Heights Bar Association and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.

Melanie P. Jennings

Melanie Jennings' practice includes representation of victims of domestic violence. She is qualified to serve as a Guardian Ad Litem for children pursuant to Sec. 16.1-266.1 of the Code of Virginia and for adults pursuant to Sec. 37.1-134.9 of the Code of Virginia. In this role Ms. Jennings vigorously represents the interests of her clients before courts and agencies. In her criminal defense practice, Ms. Jennings has represented juveniles and adults, including individuals with special needs. In her domestic relations practice, she has represented petitioners and respondents in protective order proceedings regarding allegations of domestic violence and allegations of child neglect and abuse. Ms. Jennings has lectured for Court-Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) training. She has also participated in a foster parent training panel for Chesterfield County Social Services Department.
