Aananthi Devi Raman has over 20 years working experience in real estate professional services with Jones Lang Wootton. Her primary work comprises valuations of various types of properties including purpose built office buildings, large industrial complexes, township developments and various categories of development land. In addition she participates actively in a wide range of portfolio valuations of all property types for various purposes including floatation and corporate restructuring. Aananthi Is dedicate in her duties and strongly believes in delivering the best possible service and that excellence and superior performance must be pursued.

AZLINA ABDUL RAHMAN - SVP

Azlina has extensive experience in market research, strategic advisory and consulting after having been involved in numerous real estate development projects for both local and foreign based clients, covering all market segments in various parts of Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak. She was also involved in the property research and consultancy overseas involving township developments in Lahore and mix development project in Karachi, Pakistan, a commercial development in Hanoi, Vietnam and the real estate market assessment of the Crescat Development in Colombo, Sri Lanka. DATO' PADUKA SULAIMAN MUSTAFA - Managing Director

Sulaiman Mustafa was born in rural Terengganu but made his mark when he attended the Royal Military College (1965-1968), won the scholarship to pursue Chartered Surveying professional course in London and excelled in it as the only Malaysian at the present time who topped the Chartered Surveying professional examinations across the various divisions of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) by winning the coveted Julian Rogers Prize. Since his return, barring the one and half years with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia, he has been with Jones Lang Wootton for over 40 years, during which time he contributed considerably to the growth and development of the firm's services and integrates the importance of professional integrity which, in his view, should never be compromised. Both his business and private life are governed by sound philosophies and integrity.

KELLY CHEAH SHWU - SVP

Kelly Cheah Shwu Shyuan has over 18 years working experience in real estate professional services. She joined Jones Lang Wootton in year 2003 and started her career as a valuer conducting residential and commercial valuations, gaining experience in undertaking valuation of various types of properties including office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, industrial premises, integrated developments, township developments, development land and on-going development, etc. She has been involved and gained vast experience in Market Consultancy and compilation of the Malaysia Quarterly Property Market Report (Johor Region). She has undertaken a wide range of portfolio valuation of all property types, either for financial institutions, corporate client, listing to the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange or for corporate restructuring.

LIM TZE HER

Lim Tze Her started his career with Jones Lang Wootton in 2006. He has undertaken various valuation assignments which include valuations of hotel, office building, shopping mall, educational premises, oil palm plantation, development land and on-going development. Prior to re-joining Jones Lang Wootton in 2017, Lim had served the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) for 5 years. During his tenure with the SC, he reviewed the submissions of various corporate exercises, amongst others, initial public offerings (IPOs), establishments of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), takeovers and mergers, company restructurings, and qualifying acquisitions by the Special Purpose Acquisition Companies. Lim was also involved as a member of the working group set up to review the SC's Guidelines on REITs and Asset Valuation Guidelines. Lim now focuses on valuations for submission to the SC and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as well as submission for purpose of accounting/Financial Reporting Standards (FRS). He has experience in dealing with valuations for cross-border transactions of properties located within Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, Thailand and United Kingdom.

MARY KURIEN - SVP

Mary joined Jones Lang Wootton Research and Consultancy Department in 2008 where she is involved in consultancies which include highest and best use, impact assessment as well as conducting development feasibility studies. Mary is also involved in the production of Jones Lang Wootton's "The Malaysia Quarterly Property Market Report". Her research focuses mainly on the Malaysian economics, apartment and condominium sectors. Prior to her joining the Research and Consultancy Department, she was attached to the Valuation Department. During that period, she was assigned numerous retail valuation in the Klang Valley for various purposes, among others, for financing, foreclosure, sale, asset determination and corporate purposes. MOHD ZAIDAN AHMAD - SVP

Zaidan joined Jones Lang Wootton's Research and Consultancy Department in 2007 and has extensive experience in the field of property market research and consultancy, involving numerous real estate development projects covering all market segments in several states of Malaysia. His speciality is carrying out feasibility and highest and best use studies on behalf of developer clients. He is also involved in the production of Jones Lang Wootton's "The Malaysia Quarterly Property Market Report", focusing mainly on the office and industrial sectors in the Klang Valley, Penang and Iskandar Malaysia. Projects where he has been heavily involved include: the iconic Merdeka PNB 118, the refurbishment of Bukit Bintang Plaza, the development of a commercial plot of land in Kuala Lumpur city centre, Penang Sentral, Bukit Bintang City Centre as well as various residential, commercial and industrial developments (including townships) throughout Malaysia. ROHAN PADMANATHAN

Rohan has over 30 years working experience as a Property Consultant. He commenced employment in Jones Lang Wootton London in 1988 where he gained exposure in valuation, property management and real estate agency; and since 1990 on his return to Jones Lang Wootton Malaysia Rohan was and still is involved in real estate investment consultancy and transactional services, whose department he has led for a number of years. He is directly involved in a number of large commercial and industrial transactions, primarily in the Greater Kuala Lumpur area. He believes in ethics and good conduct which has enabled him to win trust and deals with various financial institutions, real estate funds and international companies in real estate investment consultancy and transactional services. He also with his above stated primary function assists the Office Leasing Division on account of his extensive experience, knowledge and skill in lease negotiations and legal documentations.

Vijaya Segaran Vadivilu was an asset and property manager in London, UK for 15 years in the professional real estate sector during which he was involved in the procurement, construction, renovation, valuation, sale, interior design, letting and management of numerous properties. Vijaya Segaran relocated to Kuala Lumpur to commence employment at Jones Lang Wootton in January 2013 and is currently a Senior Vice President in the Property Management Department. He jointly oversees the management of all properties in the firm's portfolio.
