Jeffrey Homes was founded in 1946 by W.K. Jeffrey. He relocated from South Tampa to the Brandon area in 1960. Ten years later, his son-in-law William T. Sefcik joined the company. Today, Brian S. Sefcik, grandson of W.K. Jeffrey continues the founding principles which had made this company so valued to it's community. Working together, with honesty and hard work they continue to build high quality custom homes leaving behind everlasting friendships with their Customers and strong hold relationships built on trust with their many subcontractors.
