He has led mechanical engineering teams on multi-million British pound projects, comprising of state-of-the-art cultural centers, mixed-use commercial buildings, and university campuses. He currently leads several mass timber projects that are pursuing very challenging sustainability targets. Andrew still reflects on the inspirational moments he shared with his grandfather, which have stayed with him and encouraged him to challenge himself.
Today, Andrew leads the firm in all digital aspects of the business, from developing strategies and managing software solutions to promoting innovation and connections between Integral's talented digital experts across the globe. As Global Digital Engineering Director and a member of the CIBSE Digital Engineering Society Steering Group, Andrew understands the unique digital needs of each client, collaborating with them to provide the highest quality solution.
Using his knowledge as a BIM project information manager, he has previously delivered programmes such as the Manchester Airport Transformation Scheme.

Calina brings over a decade of sustainable engineering experience in three countries and two continents to the Integral Group team. Vladimir has a passion for designing energy-efficient and environmentally responsive buildings. With over 25 years of experience, Vladimir is well versed in all aspects of sustainable building design. A recognized leader in geo-exchange technology, Vladimir has designed several systems internationally and co-authored the Geo-Exchange System Design Guidelines for applications in British Columbia. Vladimir is the Engineer-of-Record for Gleneagles Community Centre, the first "constant temperature building" in North America, as well as the recently completed Creekside Community Centre, BC's first LEED Platinum recreational facility. He has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia's School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture.

Zorica has over 30 years of continuous project experience and over 15 years specifically as a Project Manager. She has worked extensively and successfully in complex operational and multi-stakeholder environments, facilitating the delivery of major capital projects such as education facilities, commercial buildings, energy plants, hospitals as well as projects with energy efficient solutions. Her green building experience includes Passive House and LEED accredited facilities.
