Mr. Hardee brings over 20 years of construction and construction-related experience to the industry. After graduating from Wilson Hall Academy in 1988, he worked for his family-owned construction company learning "hands-on" the aspects of design, drafting, construction and running a business. In 1993 he opened his own landscaping company where he designed and built professional landscapes. In 1997 he obtained his real estate license and began working for Coldwell Banker Commercial Seaboard Properties of Sumter. There he learned the fundamentals of commercial real estate including sales, leasing, plan and development. Working for a site work company as a project manager, he obtained experience in the planning and implementation process of site development. Mr. Hardee oversees the design and development, project management, and cost estimating of on-going commercial, and residential projects, therefore, giving him much insight and knowledge to provide his clients with the best service possible. Mr. Hardee is a native of Sumter and has strong ties in the Sumter area. He currently resides in Sumter with his wife Amanda Drose Hardee. He is the father of three children Jay, Mary Beth, and William. Mr. Hardee is a member of Bethesda Church of God. He is actively involved in his community.
