Dr. Betty Jane Punnett is a professor, International Business and Management and Head of the Department of Management Studies at the University of the West Indies. She has also had many visiting posts in the United States of America, Japan, Canada and Ireland. Edmund Joachim is a Director of Joachim and Associates, as well as the Business Development & Marketing Practitioner of the company. He holds a Master of Science in International Managementand Marketing (graduating with Merit), obtaining -Best Advertisement - 1st prize - Marketing Communications;and a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Computing and Management. Currently, he is the Country Manager -RBC Antigua and Barbuda. He also held the role of Branch Manager in RBC Trinidad and Tobago which included the Maraval, St. James & Chaguaramas locations. In this role, he has had the responsibility for the general management, operations and administration of these branches - providing dynamic leadership to the team of bank officers in order to provide superior service and profits. In addition to this, Mr. Joachim was responsible for founding the "RBC NextGen ERG", an initiative offering a platform for the next generation of RBC. This evolved into to the Young leader mentorship program, referred to as WE leaders. To date, he still is a part of the diversity council within RBC Caribbean and mentors a number of the younger generations within the bank. Over the years Mr Joachim has worked in Accounting, Information Technology, as a Marketing Executive for Digicel and Advisor to several private sector firms. Numerous roles focused on strategic planning, budget allocation and management, development of marketing plans and promotions and constructing competitor analyses.

Stephen L. Joachim is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the accounting and financial management industry. He has a wide range of working experience and academic background including an MBA and LL.B degrees, and has worked in the Canadian and Caribbean working environments. Suzanne Joachim is the Managing Director and principal Practitioner of Joachim and Associates Ltd -- a validly existing domestic company providing a wide range of Human resource and Business consulting services, including a comprehensive array of assessment instruments which help organisations use information as a competitive strategy. Over the past ten (10) years, she has concluded many HR and Business Consulting assignments for international and regional donor/funded projects/ agencies such as European Union (EU), OPAAL, Business Gateway Private Sector Development Project, Caribbean Export, Centre for Enterprise Development, Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) - in Barbados, Belize, Grenada, St. Kitts, Trinidad and Tobago and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Other significant accomplishments were consulting assignments with public and private organisations. She is also part of a world-wide network, acting a local partner to EU firms working in the Caribbean. She was the Executive Director of the first ever dedicated Trade and Investment Promotions Agency of St.Vincent and the Grenadines (NIPI), now Invest SVG for which she had the responsibility of establishing and for navigating the National Export Strategy of Saint Vincent & the Grenadines
