As Chief Operating Officer, Joe now oversees all operations within the company. Hired to oversee a major site development project on upper Peach Street in 1997, Joe continues to be a major asset to the company. Owen is active in the Erie community. He serves on the boards of trustees of Mercyhurst University, the board of directors of the Erie Western Pennsylvania Port Authority, the Board of Directors of Develop Erie, the Cathedral Prep-Villa Board of Directors and is Chairman of the Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Erie. He also is an owner of the Erie BayHawks
