The Joan Dancy and PALS Foundation was formed in 2005 by Terry Magovern in honor of Joan Dancy, his late fiancé, after she succumbed to ALS. Our mission is to help people in our local communities afflicted with ALS by providing a better quality of life for them and their families... The Joan Dancy & pALS (People with ALS) Foundation serves ALS patients and their families in central New Jersey by providing support and services to improve their quality of life on a day to day basis... Joan Dancy pALS provides direct support for products and services to ALS patients in Monmouth and Ocean County, NJ.
