Bill is passionate about building relationships and helping clients grow their businesses, and specializes in innovative and strategic resource management. He has a knack for fine-tuning small details and strategies that result in huge positive impacts for his clients.
Prior to joining JNT Company, Bill worked for international apparel giant GTM Sportswear, where he enjoyed helping struggling youth activity groups to rethink their approach to achieve their goals. Through his innovative ideas and strategies, he led once struggling groups to expand, thrive and succeed. As a passionate supporter of youth activities, Bill is proud to have been involved with aiding these groups to make a lasting impact on the lives of children.
Bill's duties at GTM also included working closely with a variety of teams-ranging from small dance studios to collegiate organizations and NFL cheer teams-successfully serving clients throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe and Australia. During this time he was an essential component in the development of new sales divisions, introducing new verticals, territories and helping to develop inside and outside sales teams, ultimately contributing to the company's significant growth from $20 million to $80 million in annual sales.
Bill graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor's in Business Administration with an emphasis on finance. He brings a wealth of experience and is committed to cultivating a sales operation that breeds success and results in a high level of customer satisfaction.
When not developing JNT Company's next sales strategy, you can find Bill in the stands at any K-State sporting event or on the field coaching his son's football team. Bill is a life-long resident of Manhattan, KS where he resides with his wife, Emily, and their two children.

Jeff, a Beloit, Kansas native, relocated to Manhattan in 2006. He began his career as a Networking Systems Analyst with Morgan Keegan and then K-State before founding JNT Company as a side project in February 2008. By September 2009, JNT Company became Jeff's full-time focus.
Although JNT Company began as simple online solutions provider focusing on website design and custom application development, it quickly grew and expanded into other areas due to the tireless work ethic and commitment to innovation of Jeff and his carefully assembled team.
Jeff now helms an ever-growing team of talented and passionate individuals who share his vision and continue to work diligently to ensure the continued success of JNT Company, whose services now include brand identity and social media, copywriting, print design, e-commerce, video production and advertising, SEO, and mobile application development.
In his free time, Jeff enjoys to playing the piano and guitar, as well as spending time with his wife, Tara, and their two kids.
A native of Marion, Kansas, Jeff is a former Performance Technologist and App Developer for Sprint. After graduating from K-State University with a Bachelor's in Computer Science he joined the JNT Company team in May 2011. Jeff's exceptional work ethic and commitment to quality have been integral to the success of both JNT and its clients since joining our team.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, Erica, and their 3 kids. As a sports enthusiast, Jeff leads a very active life, and enjoys basketball, football, golf and fishing, and dreams of one day traveling the world.
John, a Parsons, Kansas native, first contacted JNT Company through a chance Facebook post seeking new and talented graphic designers. Prior to JNT Company, John worked as a graphic designer for Hopkins Manufacturing and served as Art Director and Photographer for Florists' Review.

Nate was born in Manhattan, Kansas where he lived until he left to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, ultimately transferring to Kansas State University after one semester. Throughout his undergraduate career, Nate honed his skills as a web developer with K-State Housing and Dining.
As it would happen, Nate caught wind of an open developer position with JNT Company and joined the team in June 2010. Despite relocating to Boston in 2011, Nate remained an integral part of the JNT team and ultimately returned to Olathe, KS where he resides with his fiance.
In his free time, Nate enjoys running, watching hockey and playing tennis.
