John Thorp was born in England in 1965 and is a graduate of the University of Manchester. He worked as a systems programmer, a support analyst and a trainer before becoming an independent IT consultant in 1992.
John has developed a wide range of technical skills and because of his background has an understanding of the fundamentals of programming, network and systems design. This underlying knowledge gives John an advantage when it comes to learning new technologies fast.
John works extremely well within teams and can be trusted to work with minimal supervision.
His attention to detail and conscientious approach can be important assets to a project team.
John presents a committed and enthusiastic attitude and is able to provide support and advice to clients at all levels. His technical expertise will prove a substantial input to any project's activity.
John is a keen skier He enjoys visiting new places and as time permits he is studying for a Law Degree at Birkbeck College.
