Since he joined JOHNAN Corporation in 1988, Hiroshi has launched manufacturing related new businesses (e.g. a vertical take-off of a new factory, opening global offices), and been engaged in cost reduction, quality improvement, and work environment improvement.
He was formally inaugurated as Director and Managing Executive Officer in April 2018.
Keiji was Chairman of the Board of Future Venture Capital Co., Ltd. until June, 2017. He was CEO and President of the firm and had been its Manager of Business Promotion Department. He excelled in valuing new businesses and supporting portfolio companies by utilizing his engineering and technology background and experience in business development at manufacturing companies. Prior to, he worked at Kaneka Corporation, where he was engaged in R&D of electronic materials and new business development.
He was formally inaugurated as a director of the Company in October 2017.
He holds an MBA from Keio Business School and a degree in Synthetic Chemistry from the Department of Engineering at Kyoto University.
Since he joined Matsushita Electric Works, Ltd. (the here and now :Panasonic Corporation.) he had been experience in the accounting department, such as being seconded to a business division, a domestic manufacturing subsidiary, and an overseas subsidiary, and them he was appointed as a director in charge of accounting and concurrently in charge of information systems from the executive officer of the head office and the general manager of the accounting department.
After that, He was in charge of information systems, logistics as a director at Panasonic Corporation., and he had been experience a managing director of Panasonic Information Systems Co., Ltd. He retired Panasonic Corporation in April 2021.
He was formally inaugurated as auditor in December 2021.
He graduated from OKAYAMA University in law and literature faculty.
Since Masato joined Sumitomo Metal Industries, Ltd, he had been engaging in cost accounting and formulating business planning and budget in accounting division and corporate planning operations such as finance and accounting. Also he had engaged in finance accounting operations in headquarters, restructuring business enterprise and constructing management system at affiliate company. Then he had led corporate planning operations and made efforts in constructing finance strategy such as IPO, public stock offerings and share splitting, and corporate governance system at OSAKA Titanium technologies Co., Ltd.
He graduated from Kyoto University in economics faculty.
As President and CEO of JOHNAN Corporation, Mitsuyo has promoted M&A, invested new businesses, and reformed organization culture.Now he is leading the transformation from a ODM (contract development) and EMS (contract manufacturing) type business model to a "Monozukuri Platform" type business model.
Prior to joining JOHNAN Corporation, he worked for a business incubator, being in charge of business consulting and new business development.
He was formally inaugurated as President and CEO in June 2010.

Since he joined NEC Corporation in 1998, he had been engaging in the development of fundamental technologies for submarine telecommunication systems and managing joint software development for optical telecommunication network planning in Japan. Then he became a manager in product planning of optical telecommunication equipment at NEC Corporation of America. After joining JOHNAN in 2010, he took charge of new business development, management strategy, and marketing, designing and manufacturing of factory-automation equipment, as well as ODM / OEM for medical equipment. It is currently driving the establishment and promotion of business strategies as a "Monozukuri Platform Company JOHNAN."
He was formally inaugurated as Director and Managing Executive Officer in June 2020.
Since joining the company, he has been engaged in manufacturing mainly electronic device assemblies. During an organizational restructuring following the absorption of our subsidiary, he established "Precision Device Company" that oversees EMS-related businesses, excluding film processing. Promoted the introduction of 3D implementation and support for the development of new functional sensor devices (industry-academia-government collaboration).
Since he joined Wacoal Corp., he had been engaging in the logistics, sales and human affairs. Then he assumed a president for overseas subsidiaries in Singapore and Hong Kong. After he returned to Japan and had been engaging in the personnel labor management and planning and execution of personnel strategy. Then he had been engaging in the planning and execution of overseas operation strategy, and management of overseas subsidiaries.
He was formally inaugurated as managing director in October 2019.

Takashi worked for a banking organization, and then joined JOHNAN in 2000. After engaging in finance department, he worked for environment products department which is new business and contributed to expand the business in China. He is expanding environment and safety products business and concurrently going ahead with new business in Japan and overseas.
Since he completed the Supreme Court's Legal Research and Training Institute of Japan, registered as an attorney. After joining Aska Law Offices, he joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, he returned to Osaka. He established HT Partnership in November 2009 in Osaka, Japan.
After working for an industrial computer manufacturer as a manufacturing technology engineer, Yoshinari worked for Sony Corporation and Sony Electronics Inc (USA) in packaging technology development, packaging design, and digital high-speed transmission simulation design, and for Sony Semiconductor Kyushu Corporation in semiconductor package FAE. He managed a materials technology trading company in Taiwan, and then experienced development and production GM of touch panel manufacturer in Indonesia. After he joined our company in 2020, he engaged in new customer development projects in Design & EMS Company. He became President of Comscantecno Co., Ltd in 2022.
