Ashok R Sankethi

An alumnus of IIM Bangalore, Ashok has over 30 years industry experience. He was earlier employed as the country head of ACNielsen in Sri Lanka and - prior to that - was the head of ORG-MARG south India with additional responsibility of consulting for Sri Lanka operations. Ashok has taught extensively at management institutes such as IIT Madras, IFMR, and IIM Lucknow, and guided PhD scholars. Ashok has co-authored Kay's Book of MR - which is the first book of Indian case studies in MR.

Poornima Bhaskaran

Job Titles:

Twelve years into the MR industry, Poornima is a veteran of over 200 projects. She specializes in projects that involve use of technology for data collection. She is also the statistician in the team and is an expert on SPSS. An alumnus of IBS Hyderabad, Poornima teaches MR as a visiting faculty at several colleges in Chennai. She has guided some of the student groups of the analytics course at Great Lakes. She is currently teaching and guiding students at XLRI.

Praveena Ranganathan

Job Titles:

Praveena was the first employee of Kaybase and has worked with the firm for over six years. She holds a double post graduation in Business Management and in Entrepreneurship. Her experience also spans long stints with BFSI in doing internal research and development, and specializing in international airline logistics management.

Rahul Gupta

Rahul is the Marketing Scientist of the team. He has over 15 years of industry experience in sales team management and brand management. After he left the industry, Rahul did his PhD and moved to academics, where he has over 10 years of experience at business schools.

Sitaram Reddy

Job Titles:

He has spent over 30 years on the operations side of market research. He has handled zonal head responsibilities in large MR firms. His experience span includes IMRB, Hansa, and Alliance Real Estate. He takes care of the back-office as a separate business stream for domestic and international clients.
