Anne Jones' career spanned thirty years as CEO of Jones Consulting Group, Inc., an organizational and strategic planning consulting firm providing services for Fortune 500 companies since 1979. Prior to 1979, Anne served in various sales and product development capacities with IBM from 1968 to 1979. Since 1980, Anne has served on a number of for-profit and non-profit boards. Her for-profit work includes serving on the board of Christopher & Banks, a specialty women's apparel company, since 2000. She has served as Chair of the Compensation and Governance committees. Anne has also served as a board member of Signal Bank Red Wing from 1992-2001. From 1986-2008, Anne served on several healthcare boards, including her chair role for Fairview Red Wing Health Services in 2002. While serving on the United Way board she served as chair of the annual fundraiser and chair of the board. Her work in the human services area includes chairing Opportunity Services, a service for disabled children and adults. Anne has served on the Jones Family Foundation board since 1988.

Dan Massett has spent 25+ years in the financial services industry primarily in commercial banking. Dan worked 9 years for Norwest/Wells Fargo in various locations in Minnesota and approximately 16 years with Associated Bank in Red Wing as the Market President and regional team leader for Greater Minnesota. He currently is a Regional President for Merchants Bank managing the Central Region which includes offices in Red Wing, Cannon Falls, Hampton and Rochester, Minnesota. His volunteer and non-profit work include the following: Board of Directors and Chair of Red Wing YMCA, Partner Table member for Every Hand Joined, Economic Initiative board member in Cannon Falls, Cannon Falls School District finance committee member, past member and chair of the Red Wing Area Chamber of Commerce, Past Chair of Red Wing Chamber Ambassadors, Member of the Red Wing Mayor's Blue Ribbon Economic Development Panel, Past Chair of the Red Wing Port Authority Board of Directors and various coaching positions with the Red Wing Athletic Association. Dan moved back to his hometown of Red Wing in 1998 and lives with his wife, Gina, and two boys, Christian and Adrian. Dan has served on the Jones Family Foundation board since 2004.
Ethan is a fifth-generation Red Wing resident and very happy to be so. He is the President of AFSCME Local 737, co-chair of the Hunger-Free Kids Network of Every Hand Joined, a member of the United Way's Board of Directors, and serves on a number of committees and boards throughout the State. Ethan is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and is an alumni of the Blandin Foundation's Community Leadership Program and its Academy for Community Engagement. A past President of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, he counts his Church and various fraternal memberships as those most important to him. He and his wife Karen make South End their home, and while he is known to wear many hats, it may be that his Shriner's fez fits him most comfortably. Ethan joined the Jones Family Foundation board in 2015.
Jay Tauer has been with Red Wing Shoe Company for 18 years serving the company in several areas. He is currently the Global Sourcing Manager managing partnerships with sourced finished product suppliers in the U.S. and China since 2008. He previously worked in the company in sales, accounting, purchasing, and product development and was the coordinator for the Companies Centennial Celebration in 2005. His non-profit work includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Red Wing Youth Outreach Program from 1996-present. He has served as the Treasurer, Finance and Fundraising Committee Chair and is a past President of the program. He is currently on the Executive Committee for the Teen Leadership Coaching Program and Treasurer of the Rosemount Irish Baseball Booster Club. He also served as a Board member for the United Way for two 3-year terms beginning in 2001. In 1997 he completed the Blandin Leadership program. Jay has served on the Jones Family Foundation board since 1994.

Tim Kelly has been a financial advisor with Discovery Financial Centers for 18 years. He became an owner and partner of the firm in 1997. Tim and his wife Sue have four children and are lifelong residents of the Red Wing community. He has held many volunteer positions in the community centered around service and youth. These include the United Way, YMCA, Kiwanis, Blandin Leadership program and the youth associations of football, baseball and basketball. Tim also served and chaired the Red Wing School Board for five years which led to his elected position as Representative in the Minnesota State House of Representatives from 2008 - 2016. In his duties as Representative, he served on the committees of Public Safety, Education Finance, Energy, Civil Law, Health and Human services and Ethics.
