JORGENSEN APPRAISAL

I began my career as a real estate appraiser in 1979 under the tutelage of my father. I received an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1984 and have owned my own firm since then. I became qualified as an instructor for the Appraisal Institute in 1986, and have taught principles of valuation and market analysis to thousands of professionals. I am experienced as an expert witness and have provided consulting services to individuals, developers, corporations and government. I am an investor and developer myself and I am directly involved in managing my own portfolio of investment properties, so I understand the challenges. Because of my background, training and experience, I am well prepared to help you with your real estate questions.
