Alec Saint

Alec joined J.R. Saint & Associates in 2010 as an administrative assistant for both the investment and the life insurance & living benefits divisions. During this time he continued his education in the industry attaining his life insurance license in 2013 and his mutual fund license in 2017. Alec has worked with a wide variety of clients with different needs. He enjoys building a plan to fit a specific scenario whether that be accumulation, income or estate planning. Alec stays up to date with financial changes by taking available courses and attending industry events. In his spare time, Alec enjoys keeping active by playing sports and camping. He is also an avid reader.

Jerome Delle Palme

Jerome Delle Palme has more than 30 years of financial wealth management industry experience, having previously worked at Great-West Life and Royal Bank of Canada. Jerome holds the Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) designations. Jerome is fluent in both official languages and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our firm.

Jim Saint

Jim entered the life insurance industry following graduation with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa in 1983. He began his career working alongside his father, J. Ronald Saint, who had gone into personal production after a long and successful career in management with The Great-West Life Assurance Company. Since buying out his father in 1994, Jim has steadily grown JR Saint & Associates and has become one of the most respected financial advisors in Eastern Ontario. Since the early 1990s, Jim has focused his practice on asset administration. Currently Jim and his team administer in excess of $150 million with various financial institutions, with a primary focus in investment solutions. Jim is active in the local business community and has been the secretary of the Ottawa Estate Planning Council since 1991 and served as its president for the 2002-2003 season. Jim's interests include sports (primarily hockey and golf) and spending time with his wife (Christine) and his two young children (Jay and Annie).

Kevin Lundy

Kevin joined J.R. Saint & Associates in 2004 following five years in the insurance industry. He obtained his life insurance license in 2008 and became a financial security advisor, offering insurance and investment products and programs.

Nat Busa

Nat joined our team following a successful 17 year career with one of Ottawa's leading and respected financial services companies. His holistic approach to retirement income and investment and estate planning has helped clients understand a simplified succession plan. Nat's experience allows him to develop a plan that suits his clients' needs in the accumulation, income and distribution phases of their lives. Nat is devoted to his wife Bridget (also his assistant in the business) and his two children, Giovanna and Pasquale. His commitment to this city and community is evident in his involvement with many charitable organizations. His many interests include hockey (goalie), swimming and golf and he is quite the handyman.

Patrick Delle Palme

Patrick is a dedicated and experienced Financial and Insurance Advisor. He graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in 2013 with a joint major in Development & Political Science. After graduation, Patrick was honoured to be accepted into the post graduate Youth in Partnership program through the Coady International Institute. He served his internship on the Caribbean island, St Vincent & the Grenadines. He worked as a Marketing, Training and Communications Associate for a non-profit, small farmers' base rural development organization. This educational opportunity was a life changing experience for Patrick. Upon his return to Canada, Patrick entered the financial and insurance business where he has been working diligently for the last 8 years. He obtained his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation is 2018 and was awarded the Jack Farquhar Memorial Award for the Top Ottawa CIP Graduate. Patrick is dedicated to his family and active in the Ottawa community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the non-profit organization, Wild Roots Forest and Nature School. He is a volunteer coach for the Canterbury Hockey Association. In his spare time, you can find Patrick mountain biking, skiing, fishing or playing in the Carleton Adult Hockey League (CAHL).
