Adriana Baddour is originally from San Diego, California, and attended Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, receiving a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Law. Following her graduation, she moved back to San Diego, where she earned her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law.
Prior to attending California Western School of Law, Adriana worked as a legal assistant at Jurewitz Law Group Injury & Accident Lawyers. During her law school career, she spent her time interning at the San Diego County District Attorney's Office, and United States Attorney's Office and clerked for the Honorable Judge Houston. She later decided to focus her legal career on personal injury, where she started.
Outside of work, Adriana enjoys spending time exercising and playing with her dogs.

Blake Berger is originally from West Chester, Pennsylvania, but after high school, he began moving west. First, he attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, graduating in three years, and receiving a degree in English Literature with a minor in World History. Then, Blake moved to San Diego, where he earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego, School of Law.
Blake is a third-generation attorney carrying on the family legacy that began with his Great Uncle. His father and brother actively practice personal injury law on the East Coast and remain a wealth of knowledge and support. Prior to joining Jurewitz Law Group | Injury & Accident Lawyers, Blake gained extensive litigation experience in various fields, including, but not limited to, personal injury, general civil litigation, business litigation, and family law, often representing clients in complex matters. His extensive knowledge of civil procedure and experience in the courtroom helps him to better represent injured plaintiffs. Blake is also an adjunct professor of law at Southwestern Community College, where he teaches Introduction to Business Law, covering topics including torts, negligence, corporate formation, and business ethics.
Outside of work, Blake enjoys spending time with his wife, Nicky, and their army of fur babies, comprised of a golden retriever and four cats. The newlyweds also have a little girl on the way, who will surely be the envy of every other child at show and tell when she brings in some of her many pets. Blake is a fitness enthusiast and can often be found in the gym. He also enjoys writing poetry and traveling when he can find the time.

After working as a civil litigator for years, James dedicated his legal practice to fighting for victims. He has secured millions of dollars for his clients since joining the Jurewitz Law Group in 2020. James has experience with all aspects of a case from medical treatment, discovery, mediation, and trial. James also represents clients on employment matters as well. From wage theft claims to discrimination claims, James strives to ensure his clients cannot be bullied by abusive bosses or large corporations.
In 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, James was recognized by his fellow peers as a "Rising Star" in the legal community. This recognition is given to the top 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40 in the State of California that have practiced for less than ten years. Also in 2022, James was named as a "Top 40 under 40" of Civil Plaintiff Attorneys in the State of California by the National Trial Lawyers organization.
James is a Professor at the University of San Diego Law School. He teaches trial advocacy and skills. Each semester, he trains select law students to compete in national mock trial tournaments.
James has previously clerked for Federal Magistrate Judges Hon. William V. Gallo and Hon. Jill L. Burkhardt. He was a member of the Moot Court Executive Board and traveled nationally for the Mock Trial Team. He won multiple awards for his oral advocacy skills, including the American College of Trial Lawyers Medal for Excellence in Advocacy.

Attorney Jessica L. Figueroa works diligently, fighting for the best possible outcome for every client. She believes that every case should be thoroughly prepared early on to maximize results. She is passionate about procuring details and understands that strong communication between attorney and client is key.
After obtaining her undergraduate degree in Communication Studies from San Jose State University with honors, while working full-time for a worker's compensation defense firm, Jessica moved to Southern California for law school. She earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she graduated on the distinguished honor roll while working for a busy litigation practice, which gave her a remarkable understanding of litigation procedures and strategy. She has handled a large variety of complex cases from their pre-litigation stages through trial and post-judgment. Since obtaining her license, Jessica has worked exclusively on the plaintiff's side of personal injury.
When she's not advocating for her clients, you may find Jessica sailing in the San Diego bay, snowboarding at Mammoth Mountain, spending time with her family, playing fetch with her boxer at one of San Diego's many dog beaches, or learning how to pilot a small airplane.

Stacey O'Neill is a managing partner at the Jurewitz Law Group Injury & Accident Lawyers working out of our Downtown, San Diego office. Ms. O'Neill started with the firm in 2010 as a post-bar law clerk and has grown into her current role managing the firm's legal team and their cases. She has played a pivotal role in growing the firm and helping represent more injured clients each year. Ms. O'Neill has presented to many firms around the nation how to manage attorneys and develop a positive work culture for legal teams. Her primary goal is to ensure each client's case moves as quickly through the legal process as possible while ensuring maximum recovery for each and every client. In bringing the best representation to our clients, it is important to Ms. O'Neill that each client gets treated as though it was our own family member we were representing.
