Mr. Ajay Shah holds more than 25 years of experience in different areas of Capital Market. He is acquainted with the KC group since 2015 & is serving as Compliance Officer for BSE / NSE and DP (CDSL) since inception of the Segment in Company. Providing Advice and Supporting business in overseeing day to day activities thereby ensuring Compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements; Mr. Shah also heads the Department of KYC as well as Back Office Squad.
Our Ambitious Gentleman joined stock market at the early age of Nineteen, learned and developed the skill of arbitrage with his golden fingers and sharp business acumen; Making him confident enough to explore more avenues at the financial markets. He developed institutional business at prominent brokerage houses at Kolkata and scaled new heights of business. His thirst to achieve more ultimately landed him at the financial capital of India & nurtured him further towards his goal. He became Business Associate of reputed brokerage houses including Kantilal Chhaganlal; an organization founded in 1954 and with his sincere & sheer hard work and destiny made him a stakeholder and Managing Director of KC Group of Companies.
With over two decades of experience in the field of Equity Investments, Our zestful and Spirited CEO has worked in different capacities right from Analyst to Investment Manager. He has a thorough expertise in "Buy Side" Research, Investment process, and Portfolio Creation as well as managing Investments. He provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. Mr. Chetan Shah holds a Master degree in Business Administration (Specialization in Finance) from NMIMS; ICWAI; and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce Field. He is also responsible for Manpower planning / budgeting, Generalist HR operations for KC Group of Companies. Mr. Chiranjiv Vaghani is a Graduate in Science and has over 25 years of rich and varied experience in the field of finance. He also serves as a Director of Milton Investments Pvt.Ltd., Milton Exports Pvt. Ltd., C.C.CHOKSHI ADVISORS PRIVATE LIMITED, Milton Plastics Ltd. as well as the Managing Director ZENITH G CORP REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED.
Mr. Praveen Gupta, is a BE in computer science; having wide and rich experience of more than 22 years in Securities, Commodities & Currency markets. He heads the Broking & Clearing Division along with NRI/FPI Businesses of KC Group. With his exceptional skills he well manages business development, risk management, technological up-gradation. Mr. Gupta is very creative and enjoys accepting challenges. He has been recognized for his exemplary leadership and contribution to the industry with ‘Arbitrager of the Year Award - Innovation in Financial Services' during Entrepreneur India Awards, 2015 organized by Franchise India.
Mr. Vijay Purohit is a result oriented Capital market professional with over 23 years of experience in the equity market serving most of the largest Domestic Institutions. At KC he is responsible for bottom-up ideation along-with research desk to generate absolute returns for institutional clients, analyzing market trends to formulate effective and profitable trading strategies. He regularly communicates with institutional clients providing market colors & investment ideas. He is also actively involved in business development through empanelment of new clients .He has developed expertise of understanding various businesses that put him in good stead in evaluating equity investments in the global emerging markets, especially India.
Mr.Vinay Vaghani is a graduate in science from Cardiff University of UK. He has expertise in providing direction for Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, and Finance & Taxation. He is also associated with a real estate development company. He has excellent analytical and problem solving faculties with ability to work out innovative solutions.
A Highly result oriented professional with over fifteen years of rich experience in IT Operations, Entailing maintenance, System & Network Administration as well as proficiently managing teams. Mr. Vineet Agrawal has an MITM from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra also an M.Sc. (Maths) with various NISM Certifications in different disciplines. With his comprehensive understanding of Network Support, Implementation and Troubleshooting skills, Mr. Agrawal is the One stop solution for all our IT Needs.
Mr. Vishnu Tibrewala, with a Degree in Commerce, and a Rich knowledge & experience of over 35 years about the markets has greatly contributed to the field of Stock Broking & Finance Industry. He has experience of leading a big team spread across different states in the country. A highly successful Operations Officer building good relations with the Clienteles, seizing control of critical problem areas, and serving the best for our Customer Base and our Employees using his commendable expertise. With his exceptional skills of Analytical problem solving & Decision making, and Performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced manner, he is responsible for day-to-day functioning of the organization and to make sure all the process flow is smoothened.
Mr. Abhay Dhumal holds more than 25 years' of experience in Stock Market and handling Risk as a profile. Currently he manages market risk across asset classes including derivatives, equity and equity derivatives, and securities financing. Monitor adherence to risk limits for all trading activities using quantitative measures, including Value at Risk (VaR) and stress tests. Responsible for all the day-to-day functioning in the organization and make sure all the process flow is smoothen.
Mr. Surendra Singh Daiya, a Commerce Graduate; with a broad experience of over 35 years in Back Office, Accounting as well as RMS Departments. With his expanse of knowledge and experience in the broking industry he currently holds the position of Vice President - Accounts & Finance of KC Group. With his exceptional skills he well manages banking sector, risk management as well as back office operations. Mr. Surendra is very innovative and is bold up on accepting new things.
Mrs. Pallavi Walawalkar has been with KC Group since September 2009. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma Degree in the specialized field of Finance. With over 15 years of work experience in the areas of Finance & Human Resources; she leads a team of our fruitfully operative Team of Accountants. Keeping a track over Monthly GSTR data as well as payment of statutory dues and accumulation of data for Balance sheet in excels is something she excels at; monitoring the cash flows of the Company to arrange short term, long term and working capital funds. She there by ensures effective Fund Management.
