Bio
Andrea has joined the firm in 2022 and has extensive experience in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration and insolvency. Andrea has acted for a wide range of clients including multinational corporations and banking institutions for matters relating to commercial disputes, fraudulent transactions, shareholder disputes, commercial injunctions and the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.

Dr. Georgios Pavlidis is Associate Professor of International and EU Economic Law at the School of Law of Neapolis University in Cyprus. Since 2020, he is holder of a prestigious Jean Monnet Chair funded by the European Union. He is an expert in the field of AML, asset tracing, international sanctions, as well as digital finance, with more than 50 academic publications in English, French and Spanish. He is attorney-at-law in Greece and graduate of the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with doctoral and postgraduate studies in Switzerland, the U.S. and the U.K. He is a certified AML Compliance Officer (CySEC) and he participates as AML Expert in the Digital Currency Global Initiative (Stanford University/ITU), as well as in the Egmont Centre of FIU Excellence and Leadership (ECOFEL) in Canada.

Koula is a Partner at Evercorporate Limited, experienced in a wide range of legal and corporate services. She completed her legal studies in the UK and is the holder of a LLB degree and LLM Degree on International Commercial law. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and also a holder of Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) Advanced Certification and CySEC AML Certification. She regularly advises clients on national and international transactions and on the provision of a broad range of corporate services.

Pavlos is a dual qualified lawyer (Cyprus and England and Wales) and is the founder and a partner of Kaimakliotis LLC. Prior to setting up the Firm, Pavlos has worked as a solicitor at the London, Moscow and Warsaw offices of Linklaters LLP, the global Magic Circle law firm. Pavlos has also worked as a legal secondee at the London offices of Essar Oil.
