Dr. Nirmal Mulye is the founder of Nostrum. With over 20 years of experience in the specialty/generic pharmaceutical industry, Nirmal is responsible for innovation and development of all of Nostrum's pharmaceutical products, a portfolio of controlled-release technologies. He has over 10 patents to his credit.

Recognizing the lack of real drug discovery expertise in the Indian Pharma outsourcing industry, Dr. Ravi Natarajan founded Kemxtree Research Laboratories with a vision of creating a world-class Research driven organization that would create novel IP and discover clinical drug candidates for the global clientele. Born and raised in Mumbai, Dr. Ravi Natarajan earned a Masters Degree in Organic Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology in Mumbai, a Doctoral degree in Synthetic Organic Chemistry under the supervision of Professor David Crich at the University of Illinois, Chicago. After a post-doctoral stint Dr. Natarajan joined the Medicinal Chemistry Department at Merck Research Laboratories in Rahway, New Jersey. While at Merck Dr. Natarajan acquired the expertise in drug discovery and contributed several clinical candidates to the Merck pipeline. In 2009 Dr. Natarajan has embarked on an initiative to start a drug discovery services organization and cater to the growing needs of the pharma industry by providing REAL drug discovery expertise.

Dr. Ronnie Toddywala currently serves also as the CEO of Nostrum Technologies, LLC, the medical device division of Nostrum Pharmaceuticals, LLC. Born in Mumbai, India, Ronnie holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences and an MBA from Rutgers University. He has over 19 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry including 15 years at Johnson & Johnson. He has many publications and patents to his credit.
