As a South-Metro native, Amanda established a well-deserved reputation in the area as a conscientious professional who delivers positive results by focusing on unparalleled service. Her degree of insightful knowledge of the Twin Cities and surrounding areas, along with exceptional network, make her an invaluable resource for any buyer or seller in any area. To further scale her effectiveness, in 2017 Amanda partnered with John Wichmann founder of JW Real Estate Group and his team of full-time dedicated support staff that assist in the entire process of getting a home sold. In addition to the entire Remax Adv Plus organization, JW RE Group employs transaction experts & marketing professionals to facilitate in the preparation, marketing, closing and sale of each property. Creative and distinguished social media marketing is one of Amanda's hallmarks and she works with each client to create a marketing plan tailored specifically for each property targeting local buyer and brokers. Prior to her career in Real Estate, Amanda was exposed to property management and commercial real estate sales. Her involvement in the family real estate business gave her the opportunity to learn about every neighborhood in the Mpls, St. Paul area and gain priceless knowledge about multi-family investing where she honed her negotiating and business skills, as well as forged integral relationships. Amanda graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelors Degree in English and a minor in Communications and Spanish. She enjoys spending her free time with her son Asher, traveling and focusing on health and fitness.
A licensed real estate agent for more than 18 years, Bruce recently transitioned to a different role in real estate - that of handyman. Once items are noted that need repair or enhancement, Bruce can make things inspection and show-ready. Bruce's role as handyman is incredibly important to expediting a sale. Having everything in top working order is always advantageous to the seller. Buyers also benefit, with the knowledge that the home they buy is move-in ready. Bruce can repair plumbing and electrical issues, perform minor drywall repairs and fix just about anything needing attention that doesn't involve major structural changes. Bruce's handyman expertise combined with his honesty, integrity and commitment to clear communication make him a valuable asset to the JW Real Estate team (as well as to the clients who retain him!).
In his spare time, Bruce enjoys woodworking in his heated garage. He and his wife Judy also enjoy making regular trips to Chicago to spend time with their two year old grandson (and their son and daughter-in-law too!)
Dan holds a significant position as JW RE Group's Business Administrator. He played a key role in taking the JW Real Estate Group to $20 million+ in sales and being rated #4 of the Top 50 Teams by Remax Integra in 2019. Working in this high-profile, fast paced environment, Dan has gained priceless experience and exceptional people skills, perfected the art of organization, and has personally managed over 1000 JW Group transactions which has given him a keen understanding of the home buying/selling process and gives JW RE Group clientele a critical advantage.
His confident skills in navigating the most complex transactions, along with his extensive knowledge in real estate contracts, has earned the admiration and trust of all JW RE Group clientele, fellow brokers and support staff. Dan draws on a rare, and very exceptional combination of organization, meticulous attention to detail and sharp business skills that ensure a seamless transaction from start to finish.
Prior to his career in real estate Dan worked as a personal trainer at one of Minnesota's premier fitness clubs and also a property manager over seeing 500+ units. His dedication to self-improvement, continuous learning and self discipline are skills that make him a crucial asset to the JW Real Estate Team.
Dan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. With his dedication to health and fitness, Dan spends his free time training for upcoming Triathlons, Iron Mans and various other races across the country. Dan also loves spending time with his 3 beautiful children and is heavily involved in their school and community events.

John's professional progression over the past thirty plus years has resulted in him becoming one of the top real estate agents in Minnesota. John's extensive industry knowledge ranges from residential sales, luxury estates, architecturally significant properties, new developments, multi-family and commercial/ multi family transactions.

Prior to his career in real estate, John managed the Scott County Regional office for a market leading brokerage for nine years. He developed an extensive network with other real estate professionals in management and finance and has coached and trained hundreds of realtors. That experience not only gave him the ability to create indelible marketing strategies that elevate beyond the norm in the real estate industry, but helped him form the type of full-service approach to client care that is the foundation of his business.
John graduated with a Masters Degree in Real Estate from The University of St. Thomas. He currently resides in Victoria on the Deer Run Golf Course. He can be seen cruising around in his custom JW RE Group golf cart with his amazing twin daughters who love to spend time golfing with Dad.
John is an avid outdoorsmen, and enjoys hunting, fishing, archery and hosting friends, associated and clients at the Marsh Lake Hunt Club. John is a huge supporter of his community and a member of Victoria Lion's Club, Victoria Chamber of Commerce, Victoria Planning Commission and leads a Firearm Safety Course at Cabin Fever Sporting Goods located in Victoria.
